The apartment was very clean and cozy; I struggled with the key fob, but only because I've never experienced one like it prior. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which I appreciate very much. The ONLY area of concern was the tenant directly above - that person stomps when they walk and it's so loud! Around 10pm, they sound like they are moving furniture and there's so much noise and banging; you can tell when they are awake. But, this is the host's fault/doing, but I'm adding it as an awareness item. I enjoyed my stay here!

Kris' place felt like staying at a stylish friend's house. She seemed to think of everything to help make it a sanctuary and we took advantage of amenities like bath salts, the yoga room, and candles. We also walked easily to Maria's, coffee, and Trader Joe's. We looked forward to returning after seeing the city each day. It was all very comfortable and we'd definitely stay here again. Just one tip: There's lots of natural light, which is a great plus. But you may want an eye mask to help you sleep later.

The space was clean, lots of sunlight and it’s private. We enjoyed the ac that worked really well and the bed is very comfortable. The weights and treadmill was a nice amenity. Responsive and friendly host, highly recommend!

I loved my stay at Andrews place! It was super cozy and was even better in person than in the pictures! The bed was very comfortable, the views were great and it was in walking distance to parks and the cathedral.

We had a little trouble finding the place, fault of our own. My husband and I arrived at the address with no issues, however we were trying to get in at the front of the house rather than through the alley as instructed. Melissa answered the call immediately and helped us figure things out. She was very kind and helpful. The house is a little ways from downtown, nearby shopping and restaurants, however I enjoyed her quiet home and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying here for a ski weekend! Darcie and Rob answered all questions beforehand and were extremely detailed with instructions making it effortless to find. Less than 5 minute drive to the ski hill and about 25 minutes to get into Taos for dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

If you like the mountains, and you like to ski, mountain bike, or just check out of the world for a week then Ted's place is ideal. It's walkable to the slopes and some restaurants, and a super short drive to all local shops and dives. Ted's place is super nice. It's well maintained, clean and comfortable. The wi-fi supported our x2 remote work needs perfectly. Ted is a wonderful host!

Condo was clean, well-appointed and perfectly adequate for a stay of a few days in Taos. It's more like a hotel room with a Murphy bed and kitchenette; however, it did appear to have been recently remodeled and updated. The resort has a game room, pool, communal kitchen, lounge area and laundry available for use. The location of the property is walking distance to the plaza, Kit Carson Park, and many other restaurants and attractions. The price seemed a bit high for the actual room, but it was a holiday week so I'm sure that had some bearing on the price.

We enjoyed our stay at Katie’s place. The condo is spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Kitchen has all you need to cook a meal, bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and functional. I would definitely recommend staying here! - it is a great condo complex for visiting TSV!

Scott’s place was super convenient to the basin of the mountain, can walk to restaurants and shops. The condo was more than enough room for our family of five. They had a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. Fresh linens and comfortable beds in each room. The kids enjoyed the game room upstairs, we would definitely stay again!

Ernest is a wonderful host! He was very accommodating and was willing to do whatever it took to make our stay great! He even brought in an extra bed to our rental! The Guadalupe home is a 5 bedroom home that was very spacious and comfortable. The decor was so detailed and well done with beautiful original art! We loved the living room couch, so big and comfortable. The open living space allowed all us women (9) to be able to gather and commune spaciously. We would definitely be back next year! So glad we switched from an in town booking to this location. It’s about 20 mins outside Santa Fe, but sooo much nicer away from the bustle of town. Sunsets and view of the distant hills are gorgeous here from the back patio. Pictures don’t do it justice. Hot tub is great amenity here too. Hostess very responsive. Enjoyed the trail right out the back of the property. Very nice location in the El Dorado development. Convenient gas, grocery nearby if you do need anything. Quick access to highway. Very comfortable home away from home. Highly recommend if you need more space than a hotel room would provide. Spacious rooms. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Very nice layout and natural lighting throughout. No complaints. No issues. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again if traveling to the area. So much to see and do. I don’t think you would be disappointed in any way staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pamela's house. The home is well-equipped for cooking (kitchen has everything we needed), relaxing (lots of great furniture), and sleeping (beds comfortable). The interior space is beautiful, and the exterior provided lots of options for relaxing and taking in the glorious views. It's location makes it easy to get into Santa Fe, as well as the surrounding areas (Chimayo, Bandelier, Los Alamos, hiking, etc). It feels very private. Pam and Seth were easy to communicate with, and available if we had questions. We hope to visit again.

Wow! What an incredible place! One of the best we have stayed! VERY clean. Comfortable beds. Beautiful decor. Quiet location that is easy to find. Extra special touches. Friendly and kind neighbors. This place exceeded our expectations! To top it off, it is located west of the Balloon Fiesta that made it easier to get there in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend booking this fantastic place! 🤗

Brenda is great host and if the opportunity arises to visit again, we will look to stay at one of her properties first! We went with the expectation that we were staying in a historic home and expected some idiosyncrasies, which allowed us to really enjoy our stay. We were thrilled with the amount of space that accommodated our party of seven very well! We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which allowed us to make a nice family meal to celebrate a birthday. One thing that would possibly be helpful for future guests would be to label the light switches with a printable label maker. There are a lot of rooms/light switches and having them labeled would take away some of the time spent guessing and flipping switches. Thank you for your hospitality! We made so many great memories in Roswell! (Oh, and everyone really enjoyed the hot tub!)

We cannot enough good things about our stay at Sunset Corner and about our host, Shahin! The unit in which we stayed was gorgeous and spacious, with viga beamed ceilings. Shahin was a gracious and responsive host! She welcomed us with enthusiasm upon our arrival. Also, she checked in with us again to make certain we had everything we needed. Her written instructions were clear and helpful. In our view, Shahin is the best host we have ever had!

The house was so warm and inviting. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. One of the best houses I’ve stayed in. Loved our stay there.

Exactly what was described! Beautiful view, great quiet neighborhood where we felt safe. Beds were comfortable and the house was roomy and well stocked. Owners were amazing and went beyond what was expected for us! 100% recommended and will consider staying here first in the future!
