We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Vakantiewoning La Viola De vakantiewoning is het originele gastenverblijf van Villa La Viola. De vakantiewoning is gelegen aan de dorpsweide Wijk aan Zee en ligt op loopafstand (10 minuten) van het strand en de zee. De woning is standaard geschikt voor twee personen, tegen toeslag uit te breiden tot max. 4 pers., en bestaat uit een woonkamer gecombineerd met keuken, aparte toilet en een aparte badkamer en op de verdieping 4 slaapplaatsen. De woning beschikt over eigen parkeervoorzieningen.

Het terras is op het zuiden gericht, bied dus de ideale plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van het buitenleven. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt uitzicht op het water. Met maar liefst vijf terrassen, waaronder twee sfeervolle veranda's waarvan één met een houtkachel, is er altijd een plekje om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!
