I can't recommend this homestay enough! Ram and his sweet family make you feel welcome from day one, but also give you space and privacy to do your own thing. I stayed in this very comfortable apartment for 5 nights and felt very relaxed. I even had the pleasure of sharing dinner with the family one evening. On the day I was supposed to fly something came up and immediately Ram stepped in to help me sort it out. Next time I'm in Kathmandu, I'll be back for sure!

Uttam was the kindest and most hospitable host I had, his family was extremely generous and welcoming! They always cared a lot for our wellbeing and made sure we have everything we need. The house is very spacious, air conditioning worked very well, we had hot water, drinking water, android tv. I enjoyed so much staying here, I even had a family dinner with Uttam family and had an amazing conversation together. Much love and gratitude!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jas Airbnb, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Jas the owner, treated me with such warmth and kindness, making me feel like part of her family. Her hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was a perfect blend of hygiene, comfort, and an ideal location. Every corner of the space was meticulously clean, and the cozy atmosphere made it a delightful retreat after a long day of exploring. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay, where you will be treated with care and enjoy a fantastic environment.

We stayed at Vidit's for two weeks to participate in tennis tournaments at All Nepal Lawn Tennis Association. It was only 10 minutes drive and very easy to call a taxi by Apps. Also very convenient to do grocery shopping everyday at the supermarket next to the apartment. Above all, Mr. Vidit is kind enough to meet any request we made anytime. Highly recommend‼︎

My parents had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond by helping me with printing out family pictures to greet them. He also assisted my parents with getting settled into the Airbnb, which made their stay incredibly convenient. The house itself was superbly clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! It was lovely ☺️

I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

Manju and her family were very welcoming to us. Their home is beautiful and the room and bathroom were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kathmandu.

It was pleasure staying at Beganus lake, the traditional home made Napalease food were awesome especially the barbeque fish. Bishwo's restaurant and the property is just at the bank of the lake having plenty of greeneries around. Bishwo's and his spouse Versha were very hospitable and ensured putting all of us at ease and comfort. Even Versha found out time from her tight schedule and took us for a local sightseeing. We will definitely look forward again staying at their place if get a chance visiting Beganus lake. I rate my overall experience at their place is excellent.

one of the comfortable and neat place for the long stay. well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds provided. wifi speed was good. local shops for grocery were just walkable. 8-10km from main city, finding cabs or shared transport is difficult. if u have your own vehicle then it's a must go property. arjun and madam was really helpful in all the means and they really looked after very well. It is an incredible blessing to know Rara and Rubin. They are like old friends we have known for a long time, and their home is like our own home. Rara always understood our needs and provided us with the most immediate and thoughtful extra needs. Even if you didn't say it out loud, she seemed to sense it. She would contact you the day before to ask about the estimated arrival time the next day, and even take the initiative to understand what kind of itinerary you would like to have when you make the reservation. You will be easily infected by her passion for life and attitude. Rubin was very talkative. Since our accommodation was quite secluded, he even recorded a video in advance to teach us how to get to the recommended restaurant and how to get back to our accommodation. He even walked us there in person. He even got up early and drove us to the airport to catch the flight. Segunda estancia en el apartamento de Sams. Una vez más, todo perfecto. Como en casa. Pudimos hacer el check out más tarde lo estipulado e incluso Sams se ofreció a llevarnos al aeropuerto.

Nous avons passé une semaine, en famille, dans ce magnifique logements. Nous avons apprécié avoir 2 chambres et une cuisine équipée pour cuisiner quelques repas. Bien que le logement soit en plein cœur de la ville, l’emplacement est intime, entouré de verdure. Un petit oasis de paix dans la frénésie de la ville. Nos enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le terrain de badminton! Les hôtes sont accueillant et d’une grande gentillesse! Ils nous ont aidé pour la préparation de notre trek, transport et autres questions. Il y a des épiceries à proximité et des étals de fruits et légumes. Parfait pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner un peu. N’hésitez pas à réserver ce logement! Un coup de cœur pour toute la famille!

This peaceful gem 💎 was exactly what my friend and I needed to recover from travel fatigue and prep for the mountains. Pooja went above and beyond for us, from local recommendations, getting us dental floss after hearing us inquire about it in passing, or the delicate and calming smells from the soaps, linens, living rooms, etc. I can tell that she and her husband take great care of their guests, these little touches made a huge and much appreciated difference to us. So needless to say, we loved our stay, highly recommend, and look forward to our next visit!
