Surekha’s place is in a very nice quiet location but within walking distance to the sites of Colombo. Hecplace has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Surekha was a lovely host, even driving us to a lunch spot after our arrival, and gave us plenty of suggestions for places to visit in the vicinity. Highly recommended

Samanthi is eine super Gastgeberin. Sie war in der Vorbereitung immer hilfreich, bei der Übergabe persönlich anwesend und auch während meines Aufenthalts immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut den Bilder. Es ist eine schöne, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und die Reception immer freundlich und hilfreich. Pool und Fitnessraum sind toll. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt inder Wohnung sehr erfreulich und genau das, was wir erwartet haben.

The apartment of Prad is a wonderful place with the most stunning view on the lotus tower you can imagine. Additionally, the free to use roof top pool is an outstanding experience. An another good point is that a supermarket is right infront of the door. Prad was always available and a great host. Next time in Colombo, we will definitely book again. Thank you so much Prad!

Our 6-day stay was fantastic! The spacious, spotless apartment felt like a true home immaculately clean. The prime location (right by Marino Mall & Beach) offered unbeatable convenience for shopping, dining, and beach vibes. The host was exceptionally responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Her warmth and local tips added so much value! Maulie’s apartment is really amazing. I never saw anything similar before! I love especially enjoyed the jungle-like garden with the occasional monkey or lizard visiting. The area is very quiet. A few restaurants are about a 10 minutes walk away. To go to the city it takes about 40 minutes by tuktuk. Maulie always replied almost immediately to my questions. If you are looking for a stay with a difference - I can definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Umendra's place. Even though we arrived very late in the night, we were met by the assistant Budika, who was kind and helpful. Always had a smile.. We are very grateful for getting all (6 of us) our bags onto the luggage trolley...along with the reception security Brian...who was very welcoming and respectful. We appreciate these gentlemen helping us at that time of the night. Also the two sets of keys were very convenient for us. Pity we couldn't meet Umendra. A few suggestions to improve would be ...instructions on how to use the lights, fan & the AC. The switchboard system was a bit complex. Also the google map took us to another place. Just letting you know the address was not clearly identified by the google map. Apart from these, overall we had a lovely stay at this beautiful place.

Mahinda und Kithmal sind sehr gastfreundlich. Sie sind sympathische und angenehme Gastgeber, die stets bemüht waren, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen waren sie jederzeit erreichbar. Vorab konnten wir das Haus sogar mit einem Verwandten besichtigen, um sicherzustellen, dass es unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Die Lage war für uns ideal – sehr zentral. Wir konnten problemlos mit Uber oder Pick Me Fahrzeuge für verschiedene Ausflüge und Aktivitäten direkt vom Haus aus organisieren. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Das Haus war gut gepflegt: Die Bettwäsche war frisch und sauber, und auch die Handtücher lagen bereit. Besonders hilfreich war das Moskitonetz, das in den Schlafzimmern angebracht war, um uns in den heißen Nächten vor Mücken zu schützen. Darüber hinaus gab es Seifenspender und Toilettenutensilien, die unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht haben. Auch die Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren in jedem Schlafzimmer waren äußerst nützlich und sorgten
