Maria is a great host. She responded quickly anytime and she was very helpful. Her place is on a central location in Kavala, very clean, the beds are big, the terrace is amazing. There is anything you need. There is a public parking 2 minutes away, there are many grocery stores around the location. It is 5 minutes away from the very center and it is pet free which we found amazing!!! Highly recommend and definitely come back!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο με μοντέρνο design κ πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι ειναι μαγική και σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να ταξιδέψεις μέσα στη πόλη κ στο απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας. Η Host ήταν πολλή εξυπηρετική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα 🫶

To make this short: It is hard to find anything to complain about. The apartment is perfect, clean, well equipped and offers a spacious garden. Everything seems pretty new. It's located close to the centre and the beach but absolutely quiet. We especially enjoyed Angelos company very much. He is the perfect host and made us fell more friends than guests.

Great apartment. Very clean and tidy. Close to shops and restaurants. Took 15 min to walk to the beach with kids, so adults could get there faster😊the only stressful thing was driving and finding parking spaces in kavala. But that’s not our hosts problem at all.

Ήμασταν 3 άτομα και μείναμε 2 βράδια στο διαμέρισμα του Γιώργου . Ο χώρος ήταν ευρύχωρος και τακτοποιημένος. Η τοποθεσία ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο περίπου 10 λεπτά με το αμάξι και έβρισκες εύκολα parking στην περιοχή! Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής !

Ο χώρος είναι πανέμορφος και καθαρός. Είχε όλες τις παροχές σα να είσαι στο σπίτι σου. Πραγματικά από τα λίγα καταλύματα που όντως αξίζουν τα χρήματα τους. Αν έχετε κατοικίδιο υπάρχει μια έξτρα χρέωση καθαριότητας η οποία δεν αναγράφεται στις πληροφορίες. Θα σας συνιστούσα να το επιλέξετε σαν κατάλυμα για τις διακοπές σας ειδικά αν έχετε αυτοκίνητο καθώς είναι πολύ πιο εύκολο να βρεις πάρκινγκ από ότι στο κέντρο!

Το δωματιο οπως ακριβως φαινεται στις εικονες, πεντακαθαρο, περιποιημένο, γεματο αγαπη σε τελεια τοποθεσία 8-10 λεπτα απο το κεντρο, σε μια πολυ ησυχη γειτονια.. Η θεα εκπληκτικη. Αν και χειμώνας, ειχαμε ζεστο νερο και ζέστη συνεχεια. Η οικοδεσποινα άκρως βοηθητικη, επικοινωνιακή και ευγενικη ηταν διπλα μας συνεχεια σε περιπτωση που κατι την χρειαστούμε, αλλα εμεις δεν χρειαστηκαμε τιποτα μιας και ολα ηταν τελεια.

Ev temiz ve güzeldi . Şirin ve güvenli bir bahçesi vardı. evin için ihtiyaç duyulacak temel bütün malzemeler vardı. Fırın, market, eczane, kumasal ve reataurantlar eve yürüme mesafesinde idi. evin konumu oldukça iyiydi. Giriş ve çıkış yaparken sunulan ikramlar çok hoştu. arada temizlik hizmeti verdiler. o sırada ikramda bulundurlar. Her ihtiyacımızda yanımızdaydılar. Yerel gezilecek yerlerle ilgili çok yerinde tavsiyelerde bulundurlae. nezakatleri içinde teşekkür ediyoruz.

Very private and great space for children, great outdoor space and garden. Not a lot of options for shopping or dining out but very peaceful and not crowded. Great for families.

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!

Stavros was extremely welcoming and helpful with everything. He sent us instructions a week before we arrived with all the information we needed about the house and the island of Thassos. We ran out of water, but Stavros was very prompt and immediately sent people to fix the problem. The house was very cozy and clean. Our whole stay was wonderful, especially with the veranda in front of the house where you can look at the sea at any time. I gladly recommend staying in this house.

The house is newly updated and has everything you need! Great terrace and backyard for pets! The beach is walking distance and the neighborhood is generally quiet. You can hear the highway a little when outside, but inside is all good as they have installed new quality windows. Overall great place! Will come back!

Отдыхали на вилле в конце июня.Очень понравилось!Были приятно удивлены,когда войдя увидели вазу с фруктами и разными вкусняшками в кухне на столе,сразу было видно что нас ждали! Все фотографии виллы соответствуют действительности.Холл большой,на кухне есть все принадлежности чтоб готовить,полотенца и бельё белоснежные,кровати удобные,в каждой комнате кондиционер,в ванной есть стиральная машинка,туалетные принадлежности в полном наборе,горячая и холодная вода идут без перебоев,wifi есть на всей территории. Вилла представляет из себя двухэтажный дом,состоящий из 2х апартаментов на 1м и 2м этаже.Двор,прилегающий к апартаменам разделен тоже на две части:в каждой части есть своя зона отдыха и мангал,на котором можно приготовить вкуснейшую рыбу. Вилла находится на тихой улочке в 100 метрах от песчаного пляжа с хорошим заходом в море. Машину можно припарковать возле дома,где вы никому не будете мешать. Нам очень понравился отдых на вилле!Обязательно вернёмся.

The place was amazing, very clean and spacious. Both of the balconies were very nice especially to get your morning coffee. The only issue was that one of the bedrooms was just above the road and it was quite noisy during the night, so if you are a light sleeper it could be an issue. Our host - Maria was extremely polite and friendly, she gave as amazing recommendations for places in Kavala. I would be happy to visit the place again.

Kavala da kalabalik aileler için uygun bir yer ev sahibi guleryuzlu ev ve cevre hakkinda aydinlatici bilgi verildi. Ev kalabalik ailelerin tüm ihtiyaclarini karsilar tavsiye ederim .

Vi är mycket nöjda med denna boende,jag rekommenderar varmt det. Mycket trevliga värdens Triantafyllia ,hjälpsamma människor. Vi kan tänka oss komma tillbaka

What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

Η σουίτα ήταν Πολύ όμορφη και καθαιρεί. ήμασταν Απολύτως ευτυχισμένοι! Ο εκμισθωτής Ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος και μας Βοήθησε και έστειλε όλες τις πληροφορίες άμεσος! Θα ξανά έρθουμε σίγουρα ☺️

Cynthia is a great hostess. Great communication and always there to help. The studio is super clean and spacious. The spot is located on the hill of Kavala and offers great view. The only thing that was weird was the smell of the heating system on the day we arrived. Not so disturbing but it was present. I would totally recommend this place!

Καταπληκτικό κατάλυμα, ολοκαίνουργιο, πεντακάθαρο, δεν έλειπε απολύτως τίποτα!!! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα , ιδανικός χώρος για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες!!! Η Βικη απλά καταπληκτική , πολύ σύντομα θα γίνει superhost!!!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Wir wurden super lieb empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick war wunderschön und es war sehr sauber. Danke!
