滞在前、滞在中どちらもこちらのワガママを最大限汲んでいただき、一同心の底から楽しむことが出来ました。 広さはもちろんの事、アメニティも充実しており、観光で回った後も家で寛ぎながら皆でご飯を楽しむことが出来ました。 また山梨で旅行する際には是非利用さて頂きます。

複数のスーパーなど、周辺環境が充実していました。 お部屋も非常に清潔で快適でした。 レスポンスも早く助かりました。 唯一気になった点は、敷布団が薄かったことです。 ベッドは快適でしたので、敷布団を使われない方にとっては問題ないと思われます。

立地がとても良かったです！徒歩で観光地に行けるし、飲食店、コンビニもすぐそばにありました！部屋も清潔で綺麗でした！お庭が広くて犬は喜んで走り回ってました！富士山も綺麗に見えました！ありがとうございます！

This is our 2nd time staying at this place. Great location and facilities. Kids absolutely loved playing there. You need a car to get there but place is very easy to find and only 500 or so meters from main street. Also easy access to all the main attractions in Yamanakako area.

ホストの方のとても親切な対応のおかげで快適な時間を過ごすことができました。BBQの用意や寝具の用意も全てやってくださり、くつろぐことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

静かな高台にあってすごく景色が良かったです！朝は朝焼け、昼間は綺麗な海、夜は熱海の花火も見れていろんな景色が楽しめました。お風呂は温泉ですごく良かったです。料理もしやすいキッチンでたくさん料理を作れました！

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment wohl gefühlt! Der Check-in war super einfach und kayo hat uns sogar persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Zudem haben wir frische Früchte von dem Pop-up Store vor dem Haus bekommen. Wenn wir wieder nach Japan kommen, werden wir versuchen wieder in die Unterkunft von Kayo zu kommen ☺️

Excellent stay. The detailed and informative guide book was very helpful. The place is very nice and quite spacious compared to other places we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Mt.Fuji area!

I really loved my stay at Aya San’s! What a beautiful area. Every day I took a walk, biked the whole lake Kawaguchiko and toured the town. I even saw Mt. Fuji! You get a beautiful view of it from Aya San’s deck. It was absolutely phenomenal. We also went to Aokigahara forest and saw the wind and ice caves. The walk is easy with a clear and peaceful path. There is a Toy museum my friends went to while my partner and I biked all the way around the lake including a magical stop at Oishi Park, if you do take a ride around the lake I recommend stopping at the road side fruit stand and getting some delicious fruit and stopping at a winery if one is open :) they were closed for us but it was definitely on my list. I had the best time in Kawaguchiko and at Aya San’s place and I hope she will have me back in the future.

駅から近く、ドンキからも近かったので、すごく便利で快適でした。部屋も広く、綺麗でよかったです。

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay after a long day soaring over Hakone, a short uphill walk from the stations. Lots of amenities, great hospitality, definitely gonna recommend this place to anyone that has a plan to go around the area.

ハイシーズンにも関わらず大人数で泊まるにはかなり安価で宿泊できました。 また、人数の増減も迅速かつ柔軟に対応してくださり助かりました。

Maravilloso alojamiento, con muchísimo espacio y muy hermoso. Muy accesible, está justo a un lado de la calle Honcho, sin embargo es muy tranquilo y fácil de encontrar. La terraza es algo espectacular, si creen que la foto se ve impresionante, realmente no le hace justicia a lo que se ve en vivo, tuvimos suerte y nos tocó ver el Monte Fuji en su totalidad y se ve enorme, además la Pagoda Chureito también se alcanza a ver desde el otro extremo. Desafortunadamente solo nos quedamos una noche pero no nos queríamos ir. Definitivamente queremos volver.

If you are finding a place for driving tour with your hommes and also close to Mount Fuji 🗻 I’m sure that’s your must choice🥹🥹 the furnitures offer great convenience for us and room really makes me feel at home I’d love to stay here again and more when back Japan future🙌
