Guests come to hike the Appalachian trail, whitewater raft the Nantahala River, and to just rest in an amazingly cozy & romantic mountain cabin with a hot tub and view of a lifetime.

Our private 20’x20’ boat dock with 2 kayaks is only 1/4 mile from the cabin and is the perfect spot to spend long, lazy (or active!) lake days! Bring your boat or rent one here then dock it at our dock for the duration of your stay. Back at the cabin, unwind in the hot tub overlooking the lake or relax next to the fire pit. Nantahala Lake is a beautiful and peaceful hidden gem in the heart of the Smokey Mountains. This cabin is cozy, quiet and quaint. Enjoy waking up in the morning and heading down to our dock to read and enjoy the majestic mountains and peaceful lake. Our deck is a perfect place to enjoy at sunset and to have a drink with family and friends. The porch swing is a great place to spend a rainy afternoon. It is a small rustic cabin of 1150 square feet but it can sleep up to 8.
