Nacka Östra: aluguel por temporada com área externa

Helt underbar ställe, brukar inte lämna recention men här är det värt det, När vi kom fram så var vi tagna över hur lugnt och fint det var, när vi öppnade dörren var vi alla kära i stället det var så fint så fin inred bra ordning och allt man kan kunna tänka sig behöva, varje en av oss älskade huset och det kändes som en liten paradis, sängerna var super bekvämma att sova i, så bekvämma att det var svårt att ta sig upp! Matbordet i kölet är en dröm vi åt frukost på morgonen och hade den finaste utsikten till sjön tack vare den stora fönstret, dom svarade alltid så snabbt om man hade en fråga och var alltid vänliga, allt var en plus stället ännu mer magiskt än bilderna visar, det är så mycket fönster och ljuset kommer in så fint, om du tittar på stället och fubderar på att komma sluta fundera bara kom du kommer inte att ångra dig :) det var lugnt fint avslappnande och absolut det vackraste vi sett på länge! Tack för att vi fick komma :)

Ännu vackrare i verkligheten, än alla fina bilder. Läget och huset är helt fantastiskt! Mycket smakfullt inrett, från möblemang till små detaljer som sänglinnen och porslin. Ett välutrustat kök, och underbara umgängesytor. En stor veranda med sol från morgon till kväll. Vacker bastu, om än svår att få riktigt varm. Hit åker jag gärna igen!

Wir hatten tolle Wochen im Haus von Ella & Filip. Die Unterkunft & der Schlüssel waren gut zu finden und wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Haus, besonders die Küche sind super ausgestattet und wir konnten zu meinem Geburtstag sogar einen Kuchen backen 🙂 Alles war auch sehr sauber & auch bei schlechtem Wetter gab es ein paar Spiele und einen großen Fernseher. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön & ruhig, ein Supermarkt ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Ein schöner Ort um die Schären zu erkunden und wir würden immer wieder kommen.

A comfortable house, well equipped with everything you could need. Ideal for a weekend in nature!

We spent four nights in Kalle's house. This house is located in a so peaceful, calm, very cute neighbourhood surrounded with a lot of colourful authentic swedish houses, 30 minutes from central Stockholm. The house is comfortable for 5 people with a nice garden, and terrace. Kalle is very helpful guy, we didn't have any issue during our stay. Highly recommended house, you will not be disappointed, if you choose Kalle' house for staying in Stockholm.

We had a very nice stay at Robert’s place for Christmas. The cottage is very cute and clean, and even had a Christmas Tree to make it extra cozy. Really recommend !

Prachtige woning, voorzien van alle gemakken. Aan het einde van de straat is een schitterend wandelgebied rond een meer. met de honden ideaal. Toen wij er waren in februari werd er geschaatst op het meer. Loopafstand naar metro en trein is plm. 7 min. zeer goede verbinding met centrum Stockholm. Groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand plm. 10 min. Parkeren van de auto rond de woning is wel opletten. Aan de linkerzijde van de weg mag niet geparkeerd worden, oftewel tegen de rijrichting in, en blijf 10 meter uit de bocht. De woning is een mooi uitgangspunt om Stockholm en omgeving te verkennen.

la maison d Oscar et de Magdalena est splendide. nous avons pu profiter de l ensemble des prestations du logement, d un extérieur parfait et splendide, la neige en plus. les explications étaient extrêmement claires et précises. si vous recherchez un logement au calme, dans un environnement féerique à 40 min de Stockholm, je recommande vivement

Not only is Amalia’s flat a stunning and peaceful place to stay while visiting Stockholm, but she is an extremely helpful and responsive host who made our stay easy and enjoyable! Cannot recommend enough.

All went well except Julius communicated exclusively through auto-generated messages and failed to personally respond to the messages I sent prior to arrival, most importantly about an early check in. We arrived from the states early in the morning and checking in any time before 3:00 would’ve saved us inconvenience. He did not respond to my text msg sent on arrival day either. I finally phoned him and learned that an early check in was no problem. I have never experienced an Airbnb host failing to respond this way.

We stayed at the apartment for three months as a family of three. Adam was super helpful, and the apartment was ideally equipped and situated for the trip. The area is close to the metro and does not have many tourists. The apartment and building are new, well-kept and quiet. Adam helped us when we arrived and responded very quickly to questions. A superb stay at a great place with a wonderful host!

Vi hade det jättebra hos Anne-Mette. Lägenheten är verkligen riktigt mysigt och omraden är ocksa jättefint. Även om det var inte sa varmt kunde vi dricka kaffe ute pa stora terrassen. Lägenheten är inte sa stor men helt bra inriktad, det missas ingenting (och härligt med golvvärme i badrummet :) ) . I närheten finns ett cykelaffär när man kan hyra cyklar och det är ocksa väldig fint omrade för att ta promenad pa vatten eller sitter i fina cafeer. Vid trivdes väldig mycket, tusen tack!

Apartment with a great location and nice design. The mattresses were really good!

Therese’s home was absolutely perfect for us (me, my wife and my toddler). The home is spacious and cozy and outfitted with everything we need for our little one. It’s located just steps from a gorgeous park, playground, and cafes. The hosts were incredibly kind and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung von Anna war super super schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Auch zur U Bahn musste man nur wenige Minuten laufen und man kam schnell in die Stadt. Anna konnte man super schnell erreichen :) wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir hätten uns nur gewünscht, dass wir grundlegende Lebensmittel wie Kaffee oder Butter auch mitbenutzen hätten dürfen. Jetzt haben wir viel Geld für 2 Tage ausgegeben und dann alles dort gelassen, obwohl super viel dort war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Très bel appartement dans un quartier calme et paisible tout en étant très proche du centre ville. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la magnifique ville de Stockholm et de ses environs, tous les transports étant proches et faciles d’accès. L’appartement est très agréable, on s’y sent très vite comme chez-soi. Il offre de très belles prestations.Le seul bémol est le canapé lit prévu pour 2 adultes qui est vraiment trop petit. Merci à Bella pour sa réactivité et sa sollicitude !

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully designed, very cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen appliances to all the essentials for cooking at home. My husband and I truly felt at home here. It’s also perfectly located, just a short walk from the metro. Annika was incredibly thoughtful and every detail in the apartment was carefully considered for comfort. We truly appreciated the warmth and care she put into hosting.

This is a really special find. The flat is roomy with a high ceiling (if anything the photos underplay the space). It’s a stylish, creative place, cleverly furnished and the kitchen very well kitted-out. The outside area is leafy and green, great for kids and meals in warm weather - or just sitting and reading. The garden is accessible from the kitchen and opens out to the middle of a courtyard with a nice area connected to the flat as well as an added communal space with a big table, treehouse and slide which in a week we saw no-one else use. The location is the best we’ve ever stayed in in Stockholm, near Centrum as well as lots of parks and was an excellent first time introduction to the city for our 6 year old daughter. It’s Katja’s living space (which is where Airbnb is best) and everything is well tucked away with a decent amount of storage for guests. Two bedrooms tucked away on one side and another bedroom connected to the living area and its huge(!) sofa. Very much recommend.

Wir wollten in der Stadt wohnen und dennoch im Grünen und ruhig. Genau das haben wir bei Hanna gefunden. Im Sommer muss der große Garten toll sein. Mit dem ÖPNV ist man in weniger als 30 min in der Stadt. Überhaupt ist der ÖPNV in Stockholm fantastisch! Hanna und ihre Mutter sind großartige Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Eliad was a perfect host! Communication was smooth, instructions given were clear! The accommodation was wonderful, right next to transport and the bedding was incredible. I would recommend!

A great place if on the one hand you want to be close to Stockholm as well as a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is located a few minutes from the city centre in a quiet and beautiful area. The terrace overlooked the lake and the surrounding forest. The whole upper part of the house was at our disposal, where we easily found ourselves and felt very homely. I was surprised by the quietness there both during the day and after dark - for those looking to escape from the noise of the city (as well as the world) this will definitely be a good choice :) Of course, I don't want to leave out here the warm welcome by Vera and the great communication both before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, clean flat with excellent views of Stockholm. Bedroom was a bit hot so would recommend a fan. Host was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who visits Stockholm!

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.
