Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage was completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting). Swan Cottage is also very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Deer run through these ravines and salmon swim through the river bend, come see all the wildlife! Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and spending time with those you love on the ranch! Please note we do have a rental agreement to sign. This is to ensure a wonderful stay for you as our delighted guest and for others that come after you!

Little Log cabin on the Big Muskegon River.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Mowby Lake is spring-fed with a sandy clean beachfront. The updated cottage offers 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Rich with amenities & centrally located to MI's favorite tourist towns. This is a perfect place to soak in our HOT TUB, take your Snowmobile or ORV for a ride or relax by the quiet fire pit. Enjoy the sound of the native loons in the evening and cruise the endless two tracks by day. The channel connects to not one, but two lakes to explore. 2 bedrooms, separated by curtains, 1 bath, open living area. Free high-speed internet! Up to 2 dogs allowed with applicable fee. Please note that you will be sent our rental agreement once you book your stay.

Enjoy relaxed days and peaceful nights at this unique and tranquil getaway. Experience nature right from the deck of this cozy log cabin constructed out of whole cedar logs. Listen to the flowing water of the Chippewa River only 100 feet from the deck and hear the bird songs of a variety of species while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon beverages. If your lucky you may catch a glimpse of any number of different wildlife living along this stretch of river.

Welcome to the Loon's Nest, a renovated bungalow & bunkhouse on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis. Plus a pond in the woods out back that's filled year-round w/wildlife. Additionally, guests get the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock from May through October. Lake Wabasis is about 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. And excellent fishing all year long.
