"Ein außergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt – absolute Empfehlung!" Schon beim ersten Kontakt mit Sebastian war klar, dass wir es mit einem äußerst aufmerksamen und engagierten Gastgeber zu tun haben. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert – jede Frage wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet, was uns direkt ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Unterkunft selbst war einfach top: sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht – es wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht. Man merkt, dass Sebastian großen Wert darauf legt, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch Sebastians herzliche Art. Man hatte nie das Gefühl, nur ein „Gast“ zu sein – vielmehr fühlte es sich persönlich und wertschätzend an. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man nicht oft! Kurz gesagt: Es war rundum perfekt, und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

This was an ideal place for a solo traveller to stay for four nights. The location is lovely - a family area, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. I wouldn’t say it’s walkable to the city centre but the public transport is excellent. The flat and its furnishings are not as new as the photos suggest. Perfectly fine though. I found the bed really comfortable. Although I knew there wasn’t a kitchen, I missed having a tap for water (I used the bathroom tap for drinking). And for me there weren’t enough utensils to try basic cooking, so I ate out. It’s very quiet, other than neighbour noise next to the bedroom 2/4 nights that continued after midnight. I slept well with earplugs. Overall a very good stay, which I was able to book at short notice, 48 hours ahead.

Philip was absolute great. Provided perfect instruction. The Flat was pristine clean with all required amenities for 4 of us. The location was also perfect for us. Great to stay at your place Philip. Thanks a lot.

This place was perfect, exactly what we needed and felt very comfortable and cozy. We did message the host once but didn’t get a response, luckily it wasn’t an important issue, and I’m sure he would have responded if it were. We were very nicely located and the apartment was very easy to find. Great place overall! Highly recommend!

Tino war ein toller Gastgeber, der sich gut um seine Gäste kümmert. Er hat mich unterstützt, wo er nur konnte. Durch seine humorvolle Art und die schöne Wohnung habe ich mich zu Hause gefühlt.

We had a wonderful time at Naveed's place. Communication and self check-in were straightforward and easy. The apartment itself was big, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The tasteful interior made it especially cozy and homey. We were also happy with the location, with the subway line U8 almost right at the building's doorstep and Hermannplatz only a short walk away. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin and hope to get to stay here again!

Was kann man bei Bernd erwarten? - Ein kuschliges Bett, eine warme Dusche und seinen eigenen Schreibtisch... Aber nicht nur das, sondern einen unglaublich zuvorkommenden Gastgeber, ein stylisches Interior, ein blitzblankes Bad, top Anbindung, eine aufgeweckte Fellnase und ein richtiges Zuhause-Gefühl. Kann dieses AirBnB nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen!! Genau das, wonach ich für meine ersten 2 Wochen in Berlin gesucht habe.

À la demande de mon père, Rocio l’a accueilli dans l’appartement bien qu’une arrivée autonome était possible. Tout était parfait, tant la localisation de l’appartement (central mais très calme) que l’intérieur (très propre et plein de petites attentions laissées par Rocio). Rocio est vraiment super hôte. Je recommande à 100%.

i stayed here with 4 of my friends and this airbnb felt like home. located in a peaceful area and close to public transport. there's also a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

We spent our week in Berlin in Caroline's apartment. It is located in Mitte, near a beautiful church, the Zionkirche. The apartment is a 15-minute tram or bus ride from Alexanderplatz and the Museum Island. We could easily find 2 good supermarkets and several small cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. The apartment is very pleasant, spacious, well-lit and has all the amenities. The only thing we missed was a microwave. One of the highlights is the delightful balcony with a beautiful view of the treetops. We are happy to recommend the apartment and its friendly hostess.

Allen war super nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und das Zimmer schön eingerichtet, man hat Genügend Platz für alles und das Bett war sehr bequem. Zudem war die Aussicht Abends traumhaft. Die Lage ist Perfekt, man braucht nie lange auf eine Bahn zu warten und ist schnell im Zentrum von Berlin. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!😊

Richie was extremely accommodating when we needed flexibility for the dates of our stay. It was one less thing for us to worry about and we are very grateful for it.

It’s an absolutely gem in a convenient location. Shops and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes drive. Our hosts are very friendly, helpful and understanding. The house is well-maintained with everything we need. Kudos!

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Erfahrung während meines Aufenthalts bei Stefan und seiner Familie. Schon bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich herzlich von Stefan und seiner Frau empfangen. Stefan hat mir sogar eine kleine Tour durch das Haus gegeben und alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Beschreibung auf Airbnb ist sehr detailliert und entspricht genau der Realität. Die Familie hat drei liebe kleine Kinder und einen kleinen Hund. Der Hund hat anfangs etwas gebellt, als er mich gesehen hat, aber nach 2–3 Tagen hat er sich daran gewöhnt und aufgehört zu bellen. Die Kinder sind meistens gegen 7 Uhr morgens aufgewacht, aber die Mutter hat sich immer bemüht, für Ruhe zu sorgen. Die ganze Familie ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit bereit, Fragen zu beantworten oder bei Anliegen zu helfen. Sie respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste sehr – niemand ist während meines Aufenthalts in mein Zimmer gekommen. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich – alles war wie erwartet.

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist super schön. Gerne wieder.

This place is surrounded by the full of nature. I loved the cleanness of everything and Lars especially helped me to use extra clean bathroom. You should visit here when you travel to berlin. Totally recommendable

Sabrina's house is lovely and comfortable, perfect for a family trip away. The area is peaceful and pretty, with accessible public transport into the city centre. We really enjoyed our time there!

Lars ile 13 gün boyunca konaklama fırsatı buldum ve bu süre boyunca kendimi adeta kendi evimde gibi hissettim. Son derece arkadaş canlısı ve sıcak kanlı biri olarak, bana sadece bir ev sahibi değil, aynı zamanda gerçek bir dost gibi hissettirdi. Evi inanılmaz derecede temiz, düzenli ve konforlu. Özellikle mutfak, eksiksiz donanımıyla bana evimde olmanın rahatlığını sundu – ihtiyacınız olan her şey fazlasıyla mevcut! Her anından büyük bir memnuniyet ve mutluluk duyduğum bu deneyimi, Berlin'de konaklamak isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Voor een bezoek aan Potsdam of Berlijn de perfecte locatie. Lekker rustig, fijn huisje met een goed bed en lekkere douche. Voor onze dochter fijn dat ze ook mocht spelen in de zandbak met al het speelgoed van de dochters van de eigenaren. Zij zijn overigens heel vriendelijk en hebben leuke tips voor de omgeving. Ze denken mee en zorgden zelfs voor een trip trapp stoel. We raden deze plek echt aan, het is er heerlijk vakantie vieren.
