It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage offers 2 large bedrooms, a cosy lounge with a comfortable double bed settee, separate dining room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. The large sun trap garden is quiet and peaceful with a fire pit and outdoor seating. You can be assured of a perfect costal retreat.

Broc Môr offers tranquility and comfort within walking distance of Mumbles, a plethora of independent shops, eateries, hosteleries, Oystermouth Castle, the promenade and at least 22 beaches of Gower all within easy reach. A perfect base to explore all the area has to offer and beyond with the Brecon Beacons being one hour away. Swansea city offers good shopping, lesiure facilities and the famous Swansea Indoor market. Broc Môr has fast WIFI, its own parking with lovely views.

There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.

Maes Y Grove Cottage is one of a pair of properties on a quiet but accessible small holding in a rural area situated between the villages of Llanddarog and Nantgaredig and conveniently situated for the National Botanical Gardens of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens, Llandeilo Town and Carmarthen.
