We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in.

Completely renovated one-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Goosetown. Just minutes from downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa. North Dodge Ace Hardware and the NODO Cafe are a short block and a half away. The Kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer available on site. We also now have WIFI in the unit for your convenience.
