Stayed for 5 nights with my family and I have to say it’s the best Airbnb experience we had. The host was so nice; responses promptly with questions I have and she thoughtfully prepared snacks for my kids and some stuff for kids to do. The house is very new and has all the things we needed. Its cozy atmosphere gave us a sense of relaxation. If we visit Tokyo again, we’re definitely coming back to this place. 🤩🙇🏻‍♀️

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Akasaka! The location is perfect—right in the vibrant heart of the city with awesome restaurants nearby and super easy access to Tokyo’s major landmarks. The apartment itself is tucked away in a quiet spot, which was great for relaxing after a busy day. It’s surprisingly spacious, making it an ideal choice for families and groups (probably up to 3-4 ppl max). We loved our time here and would definitely book this place again. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for solitude in the beautiful countryside of Japan, look no further. A stay at this AirBnB will be a cherished lifelong memory. This home should be featured in Architectural Digest; they didn’t spare a single expense on the furnishings inside, either. My partner and I were looking for a little getaway from the big cities of Japan on our 3 week trip. This home gave us everything we were looking for. Privately nestled amongst fields of rice paddies, overlooking a river, and a 15 minute bike ride from a 99-mile beach of Olympic Surfing calibre. The entire wall of windows open so you’re one with nature. Gourmet coffee & tea, essential oils, luxury shower & bath, speakers & movie projector, the sound of a waterfall by day and crickets at night. The host and people of this village are some of the kindest, most generous this planet has to offer. This place is a hidden gem. Next time we’re in Japan, we’ll be making a nice long stop here to refuel our batteries. 5 stars.

成人男子2人との4人家族の私達は、前泊MUJI BASE OIKAWAよりの移動です。 OIKAWAは、廃校になった小学校のリホーム　KAMOGAWAは、築100年の農家さんの家のリホーム。 まるで私達家族は、違うアトラクションに訪れたかのような テンションでお部屋を探索。 無印さんの清々しいアロマで 心が癒され、時間がタイムスリップした かのような空間に吸い込まれました。 子供達は、かつて近所の方が来た時に お茶をする小部屋で将棋をし 父親は、石造りのバスルームを 無印が快適にリホームした窓が、 大きく緑が見えるお風呂に ゆっくり浸かり 母は、土間のキッチンでお料理。 どこか懐かしい日本の良き 体験。 他では、味わえない 貴重な空間と時間です。 施設の方が、 昔の日本家屋の説明 また、そこをどう快適に過ごす為に リホームしたかを細かく説明してくれていたので、夜は掘りごたつのある 居間でかつて物々交換してたのかも 段が高いのは、大雨での浸水を防いだ、 縁側があるのは二重サッシになっているなど先人の知恵と暮らしに思いをはせ 語り合いました。 朝は、さんさんと光の入る土間で 庭から収穫してきた野菜を 味噌汁にし、土鍋で米を炊き 干物をあぶり食事を取りました。 調味料道具や しゃれたセンスの良い食器など 十分すぎるほど用意されています。 また、調味料も塩　胡椒　醤油 美味しい島田味噌（帰りに購入）を 用意してくれています。 施設の方が 近隣の観光やお店の 紹介をしてくださり 日中は、お店を訪問し 鴨川の隠れた小さな名店を 知ることが出来ました。 また、情報過多や仕事に疲れた 心と体の デドックスに訪れたい 貴重な施設でした。

This place is a gem. First, communication with the host was very clear. Easy instruction. Ample amenities for our family - lots of towels provided, complete cooking utilities. Good heating. Perfect location: Very near to the train station (Keikyu Line) I'd say we (a family with 6 kids) took about 3-4 minutes walk. Right after you exit the station, you'd be greeted with lots of store. There are FamilyMart at the exit, 7 Eleven at the nearby alley, as well as fresh fruit shop and other stores. You can choose whether you want to eat out, or cook. There are also few playground within walking distance. The one that our kids love the most is the big playground with monsters made of tires, also swings with tires - and it's quite big. The only downside is the furniture is not that squeaky clean. The bidet sometimes doesn't work. Aside from that, we are very thankful to meet with this gem at our last minute. Close and easy to get to from the airport, and also easy to get to the city
