Wonderful location in Fairfield Harbour! Just 1 block to the neighborhood pool, where hosts Terri & David arranged free passes for us to swim. This home suited our needs perfectly while in town to attend a sailing regatta. We really enjoyed our stay so close to the marina, and look forward to returning for the next regatta!

Claudia was very friendly and responsive. Our place was clean, nice decor, comfortable seating and bedding, easy and walkable distance to beach and local restaurants and shops, to name just a few. We enjoyed our mini “resort” like vacay!

Jeff and Julie’s home was perfect for our family beach trip! The heated pool was clean and the grounds felt private from nearby homes. Jeff and Julie were friendly, accommodating, and helpful leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again :)

The Alex Moore house is just lovely. We had an excellent visit in Swansboro and Mike’s home was a highlight! Our family of five stayed here while visiting for a wedding. We had so much room! The kitchen was amazing and our kids made use of the media room and pool. The home is exquisite… beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and stocked like home. We especially loved the location. Just walk a few blocks and you’ll find restaurants on the water’s edge, boutique shops, and many historic homes that line the neighborhood. We so appreciated Mike’s attention to detail which made this stay just perfect. Thank you again for hosting us and for making our first trip to Swansboro one for the books!

The house was beautiful and serene and Dawn was a fantastic host. Super responsive and helpful. I wish we weren’t here for work and got to enjoy the area more!!

Matthew's place was a wonderful home away from home. Matthew is a very responsive host and attended to all my questions in a timely manner. The home is very big and the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking that you want to do. A prefect place for a family gathering. My favorite part is the view of the ocean and proximity of beach access. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. That said, the home is next to the community pool which was closed for the winter so I'm not sure what that would be like in the summer. It has been said in other reviews, but know that the home has 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen, main master suite and living room. I got my steps in! I really enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future!

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

We loved staying with Wendy for a friends trip to the coast. The place had lots of comfortable outdoor seating and was exactly as described in a very convenient location.

I booked this stay as a getaway for my mother as her favorite place is at the beach. We were is close, short walk to the beach & the sound which made things very easy for my mom. The home was very beautiful & very comfortable from the inside to the 2 outside patios, upstairs & downstairs. This was a very enjoyable mini vacation for me & my family. We all had a great stay & look forward to doing it again.

This place was a great place for us, we had 4 people including me come stay at the place and it felt right at home. It’s close to everything which is nice to do stuff. Incredibly well maintenance, everything was easy to find and easy to use. The hot tub was incredibly nice to use as well. Everyone had a great time here. Again this is a great place and will be definitely looking back at it again for future trips

Oh my gosh, I cannot say nothing bad about this place. It was beautiful, calming, relaxing. We had such a fun time and I am definitely definitely booking again.

Julie’s place was wonderful! My mother, my son’s girlfriend and I traveled to Jacksonville to attend his SOI Graduation. We were so comfortable and happy with our accommodations. It was very peaceful and as soon as we walked into the house, we truly felt at home! Every room is decorated so nicely, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking items you need. The beds are super comfortable and there was even shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms. Julie was very friendly and easy to communicate. She was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. If I am ever in the Jacksonville area again, I will definitely book Julie’s place again!😊

My family stayed for a month at Steve’s place and I can’t say enough great things about it. It was honestly the perfect stay. Location was great, floor plan of the house worked perfectly with my family of 5, back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect setting for cooking family dinners. I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place for any family get away. It also could be a great spot for a girls weekend away. The beach is close by in Emerald Isle along with being close to the beautiful waterfront town of Swansboro.

We had a great stay at Mel’s place-we t down to Morehead city for a fishing trip and this house was perfect for our group. Would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful and peaceful. The master is opposite side of the house of the other rooms, which is convenient when bringing kids. The place was clean and well stocked with anything you would need.

Enjoyed staying here for a wedding weekend which took place at the Beaufort Hotel. We were able to spread out, enjoy the quaint atmosphere of downtown all while staying in a beautiful home. Thank you for hosting and we will be sure to check-in next time we are in town!

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.

Excellent home to stay at for some relaxing time at the beach. The house is set back slightly so you do get views of other houses when sitting on the porch, but still have views of the ocean as well as a private access point to the beach. Ample amenities provided - clearly a lot of thought went into making guests comfortable, for example, new dish washing sponge, trash bags, toilet paper supply, coffee pods, the list goes on! And very clean!!

This place was clean, very comfortable to stay in, and a quick drive to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to host a trip. Beds were comfy and the house was very clean. The master bedroom has two shower heads which is great! Lastly, the host was very communicative and asked for improvement opportunities. I will be happy to stay there again for our next trip that way.
