Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. The cabin has close access to ATV and snowmobile trails, the Appalachian Trail, and golf courses. The house was built in 2017 and sleeps 6 + comfortably. Enjoy your lake access or relax by the fire pit in all seasons!

Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.
