Just a short 15-20 minute drive from Sugarloaf and 3 minutes from historic downtown Kingfield, this chalet provides a peaceful, private respite after a busy day on the mountain. Our 2BR, 1BA eco-friendly chalet is tucked back from the road, with distant neighbors and fast WiFi. You can be surrounded by nature but only minutes from lovely restaurants, local shops, grocery store, gas station and tons of trails, rivers & lakes for snowshoeing, XC, snowmobiling, hiking, huts, MTB, kayaking & more.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Located on 32 private acres, this adorable former boathouse features a king bedroom upstairs with an outdoor deck, stunning views of Moosehead Lake and Big Moose Mountain, and a cozy little bunk room for kids, friends, or guests. Downstairs you’ll find a full kitchen, living, and dining area with an attached screen porch and easy access to the dock below. Welcome to our relaxing lakefront property situated on Sebec lake in Maine. The 3 bedroom (3 queen beds plus 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 8 guests), 2 ½ bath home. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Beautiful home on Wyman Lake

This large one bedroom two bath "camp" is located on Wyman Lake directly off Rt. 201, about 8 minutes north of Bingham. This is a wonderful location to unwind and decompress. The perfect place to ice fish with the kids. Watch the flags from the window or while your roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Bring your snowshoes (or rent ours) and take your dog on an adventure around the lake. We offer trailer parking for your snowmobiles in Bingham, and you can ride them to the camp.

Some of the best fishing on the lake is off of our shoreline. ITS 86 runs directly in front of the house. Access to dock, mooring included. Ample parking.

We have snowmobile trail access, and we're located next to the Appalachian Trail. We are surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. If you're into the outdoors this is the place for you. Hiking, biking, fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, whitewater rafting right outside your door.

A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.
