Very peaceful and private studio with everything I needed. Convenient location close to everything, but felt like a retreat. I enjoyed my stay. I didn’t need anything while I was there. The hosts respected my privacy.

Can’t say enough about the attention to detail instructions didn’t have to ask a question once. the amenities of the kayak, e bikes hot tub. lighting and that dyson heater OMG. well put together dwelling cute, intimate, very relaxing. Didn’t get to try brick pizza oven due to short stay but opportunity for next time. space was very efficiently put together with a lot of thought and attention to detail. unwinding by propane fire pit to top it off. Thank you for hosting a memorable home.

Ms. Jane was a great host. The space was a perfect size and had a personal entrance for guest. Also Ms. Jane communicated with and responded with in the hour of our message. The location was ideal for us. We had easy access to Santa Cuz, San Fran, Monterey and Big Sur. We would recommend our own family and friends.

Pamela’s place is absolutely perfect - stayed here for a weekday getaway from the Bay Area during our son’s daycare spring break. The place is very comfortable and there is so much to love: all the natural light, the fireplace, comfy couch & bed, wide array of board games, fluffy robes, the hot tub, beautiful porch, two guest passes to the aquarium (huge perk!), the book collection, reading nooks…I could go on and on. Pamela is so kind and greeted us upon arrival and has a great list of local recos and books about the area. If this is available, look no further!

Amazing views, and amazing patio to read a book early morning, not far from Capitola and Santa Cruz, definitely would stay again!

This space is great! It is nice and private with nice decor and amenities that make it feel homey. It is very close to a lot of the main things to do like Monterrey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos, 17 mile drive and lots more. Definitely recommend!!

This place was SO CUTE!! One of my favorite stays with Airbnb. A friend and I stayed here for a girls trip and it was the perfect size for the two of us. We met Chris, the host, and she was very friendly and welcoming! The space is exactly as described, and the sofa bed was unbelievably comfy!! The location was safe, peaceful, and quiet.

Sweet little garden level spot on the east side of Santa Cruz; street is kinda on a hill behind doctors offices/hospitals. I really enjoyed my 2 nights there. The place is small and narrow, and there's no dining table to eat/drink inside, but it is made up for by the very large sunny outdoor area. The bed is comfortable, the place is clean, and the hot tub and porch were great and relaxing. I really appreciated the room darkening shades. It's about 12 minutes drive to get to downtown SC or the beach area. There is coffee but no cream/sugar, so I brought my own. :) I did hear neighbors and the family (houses are all very close-by) but it wasn't a big deal. Marie is SO nice and helpful, a fantastic host who helped with any question I had, and they have a sweet dog, bunny rabbit, and 2 cute kids! She is warm and very accommodating, and I wish I could have stayed longer!

We LOVED staying at Jennifer and Will’s place. It was amazing for our cozy anniversary getaway. They were super kind and responsive, and the space had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again! Don’t miss out on the hot tub - a little piece of heaven.

We had such a lovely stay here. It was very spacious for 6 of us and extremely beautiful and unique. Definitely recommended if you're planning to go to the forest as its close to the entrance. Gabriel was friendly and helpful

Robyn's home is lovely, with a beautiful garden and peaceful surroundings. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all of the tools we needed. Robyn was incredibly responsive when we needed help connecting to the internet and when we needed a few other things. I highly recommend this home for a restful getaway.

The suite is located in an amazing house. Self check-in was easy and there is so much space in the house. Everything was super clean and tidy. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean too. Amazing views into the valley and hills from the house. Communication with Daniel was great and nothing to complain about. We would recommend this AirBnB a 100%. we would definitely come back here if we are nearby again.

From the comfy bedroom area with lots of storage space for our belongings, to the cozy daybed area with lots of space to sprawl and relax, and the clean bathroom with tons of daylight, this was hands down one of our better stays! This space is very well thought out and Christina was an amazing host. Be sure to look out for the guest book!! That was a nice little Easter egg for us to find! Thank you Christina and family for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Anu’s place in Carmel! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the beach and shopping. Anu was a great host, very communicative and kind enough to let us check in early. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and my husband especially loved starting his mornings with the Nespresso coffee maker. We’d definitely stay here again!

Co-host's Kateryna and Vlad's place was superb !!! Lovely elegant place beyond my wife and my expectations, all the way around. And the landscape and architecture place were stunning!!!! Lovely folks. Thanks again. Jaime and Cheryl

We a family of 4, in winter, so wet, cold, overcast weather (no views while there), could not use outdoor spaces (patios, balconies, yard). A working class neighborhood of Seaside- great restaurants, good shopping, short drive to Monterey area attractions. Bedrooms upstairs, 1 big bedroom with 2 queen beds, attached full bathroom. 2nd smaller bedroom also 2 queens, so have to walk through main bedroom to shower/bathe. Not bad, but u do have to deal with stairs, and privacy between the sleeping areas might be a concern for some. Downstairs main room is big but sparse. Cooktop, no oven. small microwave, toaster, full size fridge. One big sectional sofa and a coffee table. 1 other dining/side table for everything else. Host lets u use washer/dryer in garage free, BYO soap. Overall, nice stay for our winter vacation in Monterey. Host very responsive, very quick even small issues. Parking- street or half driveway, driveway blocked by other car some time. walls thin though-u hear next unit.

10/10 ! Perfect location: private and close to everything in Monterey, Carmel, beaches and - most importantly - PCH/Hwy 1 leading to Big Sur. Carmel Valley Rd is also one of the last "city intersections", which saves a lot of time driving south and coming back up north. The space itself is arranged and utilized in a very smart way. Very comfortable bed (Tempur-Pedic Mattress) and a clean shower with good water pressure. The host is a great communicator.

Was the perfect place to spend for a night with my friends during our road trip. The place was smelled amazing, was so clean, pristine, and for an amazing price for the local area.

Erik & Marina’s place was wonderful. Super clean and had everything we needed to cook. They also generously left us some breakfast items that were absolutely delicious. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get anywhere in Santa Cruz.

great and comfortable location for the perfect price! the shower and bed were heavenly. best checkout process I've had. the only thing to note is this is a downstairs apartment. the family upstairs was up early on Saturday, and is sounds like their living space is above the bedroom. maybe that's why the price was so good.

Hannah’s place was just as advertised. Deck looking out at the mountains was beautiful and peaceful. We used it as a central location to hike north of san fran and south (monterey, big sur, pinnacles). The only issue was the tenant upstairs was a bit noisy walking loudly only at night on hardwood floors with shoes. We used a noise machine to block it out.
