A 20-minute journey via public transportation takes you to Amsterdam. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close to the houseboat! - The boat's location may vary throughout the year - This boat is not intended for self-navigation

Due to new regulations we wil offer priority for retuning guests. Please inform for availibitity. One minute from the bus station in Edam. 20 minutes from city center Amsterdam, safe, causy, quiet & child-friendly neighbourhood. A 100 meters from the known Edam cheese markets. From here: visit most of the Netherlands within 2 hours drive. Perfect for a family with one or two children. You will be renting the whole house, with garden. Bathtub in a fully niew bathroom ! Fireplace NOT in use.

Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Een appartement met prachtig uitzicht over de Gouwzee. Op een rustige locatie langs de dijk op de 1e verdieping van een stolpboerderij uit 1880. Gelegen in katwoude tussen Monnickendam en Volendam, op loopafstand van de bushalte naar o.a Amsterdam. Het appartement heeft een eigen entree en ruimte om eventueel fietsen binnen te stallen. Op het ruime boerenerf zijn voldoende plekken om buiten te zitten en van de rust, ruimte en natuur te genieten.
