Mitterberg: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

Wir waren zum Skifahren (Katschberg, Speiereck, Fanningberg) da. Die tägliche Anfahrt ist schon etwas länger als z.B. Maria Pfarr, dafür entschädigt u.a. das "eigene Haus". Wir haben es genossen abends den Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer einzuheizen und auf der Couch rumzuliegen. Die drei Schlafzimmer (OG) sind klasse, die Matratzen perfekt. Küche/Essen habe wir eigentlich nicht genutzt. Wir haben das Abendessen in drei örtlichen Gaststätten eingenommen (Jagawirt, Stiegenwirt, Guniwirt samt Mineralienmuseum/-verkauf). Auch hier wurden wir bestens bedient. Einzig das Badezimmer (OG) ist in die Jahre gekommen. Eine weiterer Toilettenraum ist vorhanden. Wir haben Petra und ihre Mutter, sowie Hund "Lucky" kennengelernt - allesamt liebenswert. Wir vier waren uns einig, ein angenehmer Aufenthalt bei Petra und ihrer Wohngegend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt und sind Jakob für seine Gastfreundschaft sehr dankbar. Er war für alle wichtigen und unwichtigen Anliegen erreichbar👍🙂.

We had an excellent stay for a week in Salzburg. Dagmar is an excellent host and takes true care to ensure you are comfortable. She is an excellent communicator and her supply of recommendations is endless. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was a dream come true. What an absolutely STUNNING LOCATION. Oh the view! There are several look out patios at the house and full views from all windows. The house is quaint and lovely as if out of a fairytale. Everything is well stocked. The market near by was great and had more options than expected for a small town. We enjoyed eating fresh caught fish strait from the local lake at restaurant down by the river. Loved the salt mine tour, locals hikes, and the beautiful shops. We wanted to stay longer and we absolutely will return. The hosts were kind and helpful. 10/10!!!!!!!

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber(in)! Wir durften den Griller + die angrenzenden Laube benutzen. Das Haus ist im Sommer angenehm kühl aufgrund der dicken Steinwände! Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit!

Wir waren für eine Woche als Familie in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist großes, rustikales Haus mit vielen Schlafzimmern und gemütlichem Flair durch den Holzofen. Gut ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen für viele Personen. Der Wohnbereich hat eine kleine Couch für 2-3 Personen, als große Gruppe verweilt man daher eher am Esstisch. Für Kinder ist der Hof ein absoluter Traum, da es viel zu entdecken gibt, eine alte Scheune mit Heuballen, Katzen, Hühner und ein ehemaliger Kuhstall. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Wanderwege, direkt nebenan ist ein Wald. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Η διαμονή μας στο Σάλτσμπουργκ ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το σπίτι ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Βρισκόταν σε ένα ήσυχο και γραφικό προάστιο, προσφέροντας την ηρεμία που αναζητούσαμε, ενώ παράλληλα η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης ήταν εύκολη—μόλις 15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν το ισόγειο και το υπόγειο ενός προσεγμένου σπιτιού, εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο. Η οικοδέσποινα μάς περίμενε παρ’ όλο που φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ, με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο, και φρόντισε να μας εξηγήσει όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν για να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η διακόσμηση είχε γούστο και ζεστασιά, ενώ ο εξοπλισμός ήταν πλήρης—κυριολεκτικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Το πάρκινγκ ήταν εύκολο και βολικό, είτε στον ιδιωτικό χώρο που μας προοριζόταν είτε απ’ έξω. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, με σουπερμάρκετ σε απόσταση 5-10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο και ό,τι χρειάζεσαι κοντά σου. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και νιώσαμε πραγματικά ευγνώμονες γι’ αυτή την εμπειρία. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα

We had a great stay at Diana's place. The location is fantastic. Even though we do not ski, we saw the beautiful surroundings and older buildings. Also went to the top of the mountain for spectacular views. We highly recommend Dinas place.

The location was very good right next to the Obertraun train station and a great starting location to explore Hallstatt! The accommodation itself had amazing views of the valley. In addition, Andrea was a wonderful host and greeted us during check in and check out and helped store our luggage after check out. Overall an amazing experience :)

Great venue and location. Ruth's space was well-equipped including a kitchen with all of the amenities including spices and oil. The apartment was large and comfortable. Ruth's bookshelf had guidebooks for Salzburg, which was thoughtful and helpful. Note that a washer and dryer is available but the cost is 3 euros per use. The neighbourhood is walkable and transit to downtown easy to access and close by. We had a car and we appreciated that we could park it for free. Ruth was easy to reach and responded quickly. We will stay here again on our next trip to Salzburg!

Really nice apartment. The location is perfect for us to visit different lakes in that area. Nice restaurants are located in the walking distance. Quiet and nice beds! The indoor plants are so beautiful. Just loved it

Perfectly located family sized apartment in a calm area of Salzburg. Our hosts were wonderful, responsive and very kind - we had a lovely time staying over and will be back. We highly recommend this place!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement était comme sur les photos et d'une propreté irréprochable. L'hôte etait tres accueillant avec pleins d'infos sur la maison et les lieux à visiter. Nous y reviendront tres volontiers.

Wir waren bereits mehrere Male bei Franz - das spricht schon für sich. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Tolle Landschaft, top Ausstattung und ein freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderbar ruhigen Umgebung, ideal zum Abschalten und Erholen. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und offen – man fühlte sich direkt willkommen. Die Kommunikation lief jederzeit schnell, unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, sondern auch top gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche – hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Auch für Hundebesitzer ist die Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert: Unser Vierbeiner war genauso willkommen wie wir und hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Gregor. Le logement correspondait tout à fait à notre besoin (famille avec 2 enfants). Le logement est spacieux, très propre et bien aménagé (en particulier la cuisine). Le logement est très proche des arrêt bus et cela est même faisable d'aller à pied depuis le centre. Mais nous avons préféré utiliser le bus (nous avions pris carte touristique de la ville pour plusieurs jours). Nous reviendrons chez Gregor sans hésiter!

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay here, as a family of 3, for a long weekend of skiing. The apartment is just the right size, with a breathtaking view. Close to the slopes and several restaurants. A huge bonus are the Spa + pool + kids pool at the Falkensteiner hotel that is connected to the building.

Had a great experience, again, with the Alpine Ski Resort, listed under Leavetown. The check-in went smoothly, got a replacement apartment after we discovered, that we don't have a balcony, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean, everything prepared. Thank you.

Simply amazing. You can see the snowy mountains right outside the house. Really close to beautifull locations such as Konigsee and Hintersee. Its a long way up, but its really worth!!
