Little High Ridge Farm’s Cart Lodge has recently been converted into a modern self-catered accommodation with a rustic twist. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen in an open plan living room, king size bedroom with en-suite. Outside there is parking available and a private garden with seating areas. This holiday accommodation is perfect for both long and short stays.

With it’s stunning skies, beautiful riverside walks, and the charming village of Woodhall Spa a 5 minute drive away, our barn offers you a peaceful haven away from the stresses of everyday life. The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs. There is space to park on the shared drive.

The Beeches (Willow), Goulceby Viking Way Property

You’ll love this charming property, set within yards of The Viking Way in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails, yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.

THE RETREAT HAS A SEMI-PRIVATE SEATING AREA AND CARPARK FOR 2 CARS AND OVERLOOKS THE CHURCH. THE RETREAT HAS SUPERFAST WIFI OF 130MEG TO THE ROUTER. WE ARE SORRY BUT THE CHARGING OF VEHICLES IS NOT PERMITTED. THE PUB NEXT DOOR IS OPEN FRIDAY ,SAT AND SUNDAY ONLY, TRADITIONAL BAR DRINKS AND FOOD IS AVAILABLE.
