This was a great place for us to visit my niece for the weekend. Super convenient location, the house was clean, huge bonus that we could bring our puppers with us as well. Communication was proactive and clear, would definitely stay here again if it's available! There's a nice patio, neighbors all seemed very friendly. We definitely had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The home was perfect in so many ways; beautiful view, clean, plenty of room to spread out, nice amenities and fresh eggs! We are so glad we found this place to stay and will definitely stay again if ever in the area again.

Amazing house for a large group! We had 14 people staying here plus two dogs and it worked really well. The back yard is peaceful and beautiful, and a portion is fenced for the dogs which they enjoyed! The large porch out back was fun for grilling one of our nights. Kitchen is a little small but very well appointed with pots/pans etc, we had no issues cooking all our meals for the weekend here. Plenty of parking either at the property or across the street, we had 8 cars and no issues. An easy walk into town from here for shopping and hitting up the local brewery which had an amazing patio! Overall we would stay again and recommend it for a large group of adults traveling together. Especially for the size of the place for the price, this will certainly beat a hotel experience.

Such an amazing place to be and relax especially on a business trip and the host is absolutely the best! I recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area

Our family of 4 stayed at Lindenhaus as we were visiting Carleton College with our two teenagers. The location was great - just 2-3 blocks to downtown Northfield and super easy to walk to the College. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but enjoyed hanging out in the living room. If you are noise-sensitive, you should know that the home is a block from a train crossing so you will hear train horns every few hours, including the middle of the night. The stairs are very steep and can be slippery when wearing socks. We would definitely stay here again!

In spite of anything I've said here that may be seen as a negative, it was only meant as helpful feedback. The service and accommodations were great overall, a very good value and I would be happy to stay there again if the opportunity arises. One last item, the outlet that served the coffee pot stopped working our first day. We could not find a tripped breaker. It wasn't really a problem as we just moved the pot to a different location - actually, I think it's better where we put it being away from a busy part of the kitchen - but I just wanted to make sure you knew so it could be repaired. Thank you.

We loved our time at Brenda’s place- highlights include the excellent location for our Macalester visit and attending a United game (both walkable), the comfy beds, the terrace, the neighborhood (very quiet at night), and friendly hosts. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Loved our stay. Had our family of five and two grandparents and it fit us very well. Beds were a little firmer than our preference, everything else was stellar!

Super comfortable place while I experienced a stressful hospitalization of my Dad. It was a perfect spot near the hospital and gave me a great night sleep with everything I needed. Very grateful for this place!

We had a fantastic stay in Minneapolis! The space was clean, cozy, and had such a warm, homey vibe — it immediately felt like a place to relax and unwind. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept great. Our host, Andy, was incredibly accommodating and kind, especially with our late check-in, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. You can tell care was put into making this a welcoming space. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jesse and Kris were fantastic hosts, and their AirBnb was lovely. Very much appreciated how clean it was and uncluttered. Great chi and feng shui :) The space was fabulous— high quality design and appointments. The photos can’t capture that. Very much appreciated such an updated space and kitchen with many appliances. Great light, and awesome, thriving plants! Bathroom is small but super clean with nice retro tiling. Beds, very comfortable. Jesse and Kris answered all questions quickly. There wasn’t a can opener, and they bought and delivered one within minutes. This was the best AirBnb I’ve stayed in. Didn’t meet Jesse and Kris but felt like we knew them from messaging.

Stephanie has done such a beautiful job with this space. I love the aesthetic she created. It has excellent light and is squeaky clean. It was also really easy to follow her directions, and I appreciated how easy both electronic locks were. I was impressed with how quiet the rest of the house was while we were there. I didn't hear the neighbors while I was staying there. I'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Stephanie!!

Very cute little getaway! Nice and clean and cozy. Hot tub was perfect. Beds were SO comfy. Awesome view looking over the lake at all the birds: eagles, swans, geese, woods ducks, cardinals, blue jays,etc. Thank you so much for a wonderful, relaxing stay in the Spring!

Roy's place was just as described. Check-in was easy and everything seemed super chill. Highly recommend.

Cute little cabin very close to the lake which made for a peaceful trip.

The Cheerful little cabin was perfect for a girl's getaway with college friends. The views of the lake was the perfect backdrop when sitting in the living room or out on the patio. The kitchen was stocked with essentials that allowed us to cook some delicious meals. Thanks for a great stay!

The Castaway Lakehouse was the perfect cozy place for our family of 4. We had our two boys (age 11 & 2) with us and they had a really good time. The place was immaculately clean & furnished. The views were beautiful. We appreciate that there were different places to sit down and relax on the property (both inside and out). We occupied mostly upstairs, whereas our sons had the space downstairs while being able to be a few steps away and hear everything that was going on. We wanted to be by a lake for our son’s Spring Break and were able to do so. It truly was a relaxing place where we were able to cook great meals in the kitchen too. We were able to have a bonfire and cast a few lines into the lake. You literally can dip your feet in the lake right off the deck! I highly recommend. We are adding this place to our list to come visit again in the future. Host was really responsive the entire time. Thank you Vicky and family for sharing your space!

The lake views were amazing! The cabin is very cozy and everything you could want for a little weekend getaway. Although we didn't use them - the fact that there were lots of fans was a plus. The beds were SO comfortable and there were enough blankets for us to all curl up and stay warm as we gathered by the amazingly beautiful fireplace - it was our favorite spot!

Enjoyed the cozy cottage during our stay! Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the cottage was as pictured!
