Phyllis and Derek are wonderful people who made sure we had the maximum enjoyment during our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and more, there was firewood and smores and even hot chocolate for my son to enjoy after a rainy day of fishing on the river. The property is beautiful and has a wonderful view of the river. We would not hesitate to return and hopefully we will be able to at some point to do some more fishing and enjoy the area in some better weather.

That view and being right on the lake is outstanding. Friendly Airbnb hostess with tons of advice of what to do in the area. Amish are close by so check out their markets, and just enjoy that outstanding view and lake access on a private beach. I loved everything about my stay here. Thank you so much! You can’t go wrong here—— also, your own private parking spot in an area that has hard to find parking…

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Wonderful place! Liz was a great host! Allowed for a later checkout to accommodate my 10 month olds nap. Recommended this place to my aunt for her out of town visitors

Sally went above and beyond during a pretty tumultuous stay! A huge dump of lake effect snow meant our plans were constantly changing, and Sally was flexible, supportive and concerned throughout. They kept the walks and parking places clear of snow, and checked in frequently to make sure everything was alright. Jill was an excellent host, and her place was perfect for a short getaway. She provided everything we needed for our lakeside trip. The views were spectacular, and the location, between Conneaut and Ashtabula, was ideal for accessing restaurants and wineries. We enjoyed the Easter decorations, the fireplace, and the hot tub. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and my wife slept soundly. The heated mattress was also a welcome addition during the cold weekend. While we wish we could have experienced it in the summer, it was still a beautiful weekend getaway. I really appreciated you opening your home to us and I hope to come back again in the future! Wendy's Lakehouse was exactly what my husband and I needed for our mini-retreat after our daughter's wedding. We were mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted when we arrived; but after a couple of days of complete quiet and privacy in the house, walking and laying on the private beach, listening to the water, watching the sunsets, and basking in the fresh Lake Erie breezes: we felt restored and refreshed. The only thing that disappointed us was that we couldn't stay longer... life rolls on! 😅 Within hours of our arrival we were making plans to return- next time with our 4 sons- as soon as possible! We even were dreaming about bringing future grandkids in years to come! 🥰 Thank you, Wendy, for providing this peaceful retreat!

Mother daughter get a way for much needed R&R. Mom from Ohio and daughter from PA Such a welcoming feel the minute you step in to the yard! So charming!!! We were met with a lovely welcome basket and John made himself available to do a great walk through Comfortable beds, pillows, cozy living room and my favorite seat is the chair in the enclosed back room overlooking the lake. Hot tub was used, and then used some more for watching a beautiful morning sunrise Kitchen is beyond stocked !! Lots of games, record player with vintage albums ❤️ The salt cave, massages, float therapy at Panache & Solz in nearby Jamestown was perfect addition to the required R&R Thank you John for such perfectly located and furnished home. We loved it!!

I’ve stayed at Helen’s condominium at the Long Point Beach Club and have always had a very comfortable and quiet experience. It’s a beautiful setting right on the beach. The condo is a three bedroom very clean and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms comfortable and large with en suite bathrooms. I would stay there again and I will soon.

We’ve stayed at CHQ Lake Estates a number of times over the years. This was by far one of the best places! Quiet, clean, and comfortable—We took AM walks (just the best) and people are so friendly. The pool is amazing. And you cannot beat the view of the lake anywhere. We even took time to sit out on the cushioned deck chairs at sunset and just relaxed—something we don’t do often enough. Well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc.. Soft sheets & comfortable beds. It was great to have 3 bathrooms—having 2 showers meant we could all get ready in record time. Be sure to bring your TV sign-in information so you don’t have to reset your passwords! (Voice of experience… lol) Great instruction book with local recommendations and fast wi-fi. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay again!

This place was immaculate and had a full complement of kitchen tools and basic amenities. Jojo, the host, was super responsive, provided clear instructions on everything from accessing the condo unit to how to work the TV remotes (with full satellite channel selections), and gave us great recommendations for local food & activities. Also provided a complementary bottle of wine! The Lake Beachfront - private to those in the condo complex - was serene and directly across the small, quiet local street. A wonderful spot to relax, read and meditate. The only real downside were the ever present spiders outside, constantly spinning their webs across doorways and outdoor seating, along with the swarming midges (both common to the entire Erie lakefront). The other caveat is that during off-season - which apparently begins Oct 1 - you have to drive into Port Rowan proper for food or markets as everything walkable on Long Point shuts down for winter. Overall - highly recommended!

It was a perfect week! It was in a perfect location? Very comfortable and clean. It was everything we hoped for and more.

We had an incredible stay at this newly updated condo in downtown Conneaut Lake! The space was stylish, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, making it the perfect place to relax. The lake views from the deck were absolutely stunning—a great way to start and end the day. The location couldn’t be better. We opened the window to Rising River Brewery and could smell bacon every morning while on the outside deck from the Lake Dinner below. The spacious layout, comfortable king bed, and 2 Queens, which was prefect for our little family. If you're looking for a peaceful yet conveniently located getaway, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a beautiful condo in a great location. We loved the private beach across the street and the beautiful lake view. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The host also responded asap when I texted him. We highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back!!
