The stay at Art Kourion was perfect! The apartment is fabulous: it's beautiful and so well equipped that it really leaves nothing to be desired - and you can see the sea from the beautiful balcony. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment bright, modern and furnished with beautiful art. And Eleni really is a fabulous host: she was always quick to help us with any issue and gave us great tips for the area to explore. She even left homemade pies and wine on our doorstep as a little surprise! She is an absolutely helpful and warm-hearted person - we are already looking forward to our next visit with her! Thank you Eleni for giving us such a lovely stay.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean, airy and spacious. We loved the modern interior and especially the exposed concrete ceilings. The location was great as we needed to be central and our host was so communicative and friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

Staying in Limassol for the first time, we couldn’t have picked a better place. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed. The private parking space was a great convenience for our rental car. Panagiotis and Alexandra went above and beyond, meeting us at check-in and thoroughly explaining everything. They were always available and responsive to any questions we had. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the terrace. Overall, an exceptional stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Limassol.

Nice apartment — clean and modern — within walking distance to the old town; good internet!

We had an amazing stay! The location was very accessible and easy to get to, just a block and a half from the beach, which was perfect for quick trips to the shore. The host was incredible—very attentive to our needs and quick to respond. We had an issue with the water pressure, but it was fixed the next day without any hassle. Aside from some morning construction noise nearby, everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend staying here!

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Really nice authentic Cyprus house, so spacious. It’s a bit cold inside during the winter, but ACs totaly help!

The Place of Grace is a gem of a rental home with its dramatic vaulted ceilings, historic items and old world charm and design. It was spacious and bright. It was my wife’s birthday weekend getaway and staying at this property made it even more memorable for us and our kids. Highly recommend it and we hope to stay there again!

Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

We loved our stay there. Panos and his parents are very friendly. They explained everything to us. The house has everything you need and it was more than clean. It is very comfortable and you can easily relax there for days. Small bakery and supermarket around the corner. We recommend the accomodation 1000000%

The apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and one of the better supermarkets. The apartment is well appointed and quite nice. Loutmila was helpful and very flexible, as my plans changed and she was accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Svetlana went out of her way to accomodate my schedule and even came to and event in the city which I was attending for work purposes to hand over the key to the apartment. It was extremely helpful. The room is pleasant and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Eleftheria, her pomeranian and the three cats were very friendly and welcoming. She made sure I felt comfortable and at home at every moment of the stay. Το σπίτι της κυρίας Λουκίας είναι ευρύχωρο, έχει τρία ωραία δωμάτια που μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν δύο άτομα το καθένα. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος περπατούσες χωρίς κάλτσες και ένιωθες ποσό καθαρό είναι το πάτωμα. Έχει ένα wc και ένα μπάνιο τα οποία ήταν εξίσου πεντακάθαρα όπως και όλο το σπίτι, ένα ωραίο μεγάλο σαλόνι με τραπεζαρία και δύο υπέροχα μπαλκόνια ένα εκ των οποίων έχει θέα τους πύργους East και West. Η περιοχή είναι κοντά σε όλα αλλά ταυτόχρονα έχει μία πολύ ωραία ησυχία και ηρεμία. Επίσης διαθέτει παρκινγκ που βάλαμε 2 αυτοκίνητα. Η Κυρία Λουκία Ευγενέστατη, φιλόξενη, άμεση στην επικοινωνία και μας βοήθησε με την άφιξη που είχαμε θέμα και καθυστερήσαμε. Θα χαρούμε πολύ να ξαναεπισκεφτούμε το πανέμορφο σπίτι στο μέλλον!!
