Sejujurnya saya agak khawatir waktu memesan kamar di apartemen ini, karena terlihat dari luar cukup mengkhawatirkan. Namun alhamdulillah saat hari menginap, saya diantar langsung oleh pak tri menuju kamar dan how to be there. Pak Tri jg orang yg ramah walaupun pembawaannya terlihat tegas. unit kamarnya sangat bersih, jauh lebih bersih dari ekspektasi saya. Terima kasih pak Tri.

Dony it’s very kind and fast respond, super!. Was planning to stayed a week end up extending my stay and as a nomads,.. working in the room with sounds proof it’s really amazing for me to do zoom everyday and the internet work pretty good. As an Interior Designer perspective, the rooms have everything you need. The bed just nice for me, have 4 pillows as it important for me as well 😁.. well done and the sheet so soft as I have such a sensitive skin, it’s really going well. The air conditioning it work well. I have a good sleep here as well that the most important. The pool for sunset …wow,.. breathtaking views with the skyrocketing city light. Gladly to stay there, will stay again when I have a chance to be back. Thank you Dony for such a lovely place really pleasant. Happy Labour day ☺️🙏🏼

This is the most comprehensive house I have ever lived in. Obi is a very careful person. If you want to feel more local Jakarta, then this place is very suitable. The block here is relatively quiet and comfortable, but it is a little far from the city. The traffic in Jakarta is always a little congested, but it does not affect our trip much. Special thanks to Obi for the hearty breakfast carefully prepared every day, which allows us to see the life of Jakarta from another perspective. When we left, we took a lot of photos together. Obi gave us a gift in return. We will remember that there is a warm house in Jakarta💛

Very good price ratio. They have a very cute inner yard where you get breakfast and coffee, tee, water anytime you want. Also you can easily find this place on Gojek/Grab/google maps. Gabriela was very supportive and organized a cab for me that brought me to Bandung. I highly recommend this place.
