Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

All wood floors, knotty pine ceilings and a beautiful stone gas fireplace. The kitchen, master bedroom and full bath finish off this level.

Dune Haven 2 built in 2023 is a quality built 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. It is perfect for large groups as it it spacious inside and out. There is a large picnic table and firepit. There is plenty of parking and located only 1 mile from the dunes. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Don't be surprised if you see deer, turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife in the backyard. Correct number of guests required for an accurate price.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Relax at this newly renovated 3 BR cottage with Silver Lake access (for non motorized craft - kayaks, paddleboards, etc.). It's time to make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. With easy acces to the ATV and pedestrian dunes and a short distance to town you will find all you need here. Launch kyacks across the road, visit the dune beach, bike or walk the less than a mile into town, or access the ATV dunes within .5 mile. A large backyard offers spaces to enjoy dinner on the patio or a crackling fire in the evening. 3 parking spaces across the front lawn.
