This home allowed space and bedrooms for our large family ~ we were attending our GVSU daughter’s college graduation and nurse pinning ceremony. Every room in the home was clean, there was plenty of space for us to spread out and get together to play board games. My granddaughters loved the arcade games. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen offered all the basics kitchen necessities. Our granddaughters even got their grandfather to jump in the pool with them! we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. If you’re looking for a place to get your family together and hang out, don’t look any further.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible cabin, and it exceeded all of my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was struck by the beautiful decoration and the charming antiques that give the place such a warm and unique character. Every corner seemed to have a story to tell. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The views from the cabin were absolutely breathtaking. Me and my friends were literally debating to decide who was going to sleep in the bed by the window with the lake view. The scenery of that place is something special. We made great use of the grill and spent time lounging by the pool, which was the perfect way to relax. Dave was incredibly hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a getaway that combines comfort, style, and a touch of nostalgia, this cabin is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home - very clean, up to date, responsive host. We had a great time staying here. The pool was a community pool as listed. It was older but clean, however it was pretty busy. The lake access is a sandy “beach” area but there is a wall between the sand and the water. That was a bit disappointing. We ended up driving to Pentwater for a full beach day which was perfect. Overall it was a great vacation.

Comfortable stay for 15 people. Nice area. Great big back porch which was nice during the day and evening. Would highly recommend this place to stay. So many kitchen appliances. Lots of towels and beach towels. Fully furnished.

Amazing place for a stay in grand haven. Loved that we were able to bring our dog as well. The house is so close to all of the great spots in grand haven and a perfect home base for exploring the city. Easily the best private pool I’ve had at a rental and the whole vibe of the backyard is great for spending the day in the sun

What a little gem of a place! Truly was an enjoyable place to stay and met all our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here especially during the summer months when you can take advantage of all the amenities like the beautiful in ground pool in the backyard.

My family and I selected Ellie’s house for fall break. We were seeking a destination that would help us recharge, relax and recoup. The setting of this home is so beautiful and relaxing. The back patio is perched above the picturesque Lake Hamlin. The house is equipped with many windows to help you enjoy the view from inside as well. We found just what we were looking for. I must give Ellie the highest compliment possible for her care, responsiveness, and friendliness. We had all needs met and she communicated very well before and during our stay. We would like to come back again someday! My family gives this home a 5/5.

The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. Very clean, comfortable linen, plenty of towels (including beach towels). So nice of them to let us use the bikes and extra beach accessories, including a push-wagon that was perfect to take the baby to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of great quality and new. The dryer is old and makes a huge noise (a note on top of it warned us), so I suggest to turn it on when everyone is either awake or away. The neighborhood is residential and very friendly and quiet. There’s a nice park within a short walk. The beach is beautiful and also within walking or biking distance. We chose to drive to the farthest point of the beach where there are bathrooms, a snack shack and a nice and fun restaurant. It is paid parking (May-Sept). The hosts were super helpful and responded any questions quickly. We certainly recommend the place!

This was such a lovely home and I’m so glad I found it. The neighborhood is beautiful - you can tell the homeowners care about their homes and that added to the comfort I felt in this location. Lauren’s home is bright, welcoming and has everything you could need. I very much appreciated the variety and volume of k-cups! It may seem a little thing but so often places don’t have enough. And we love our morning coffee. ☺️The beds are comfortable, the location is quiet and you’re close to the lake. Lauren left clear instructions and check out was a breeze. Amazing stay at Josh and Angela's place. Extremely clean, tidy, spacious to accommodate our adult kids/spouses and 2 young children. Kitchen VERY well equipped and ample available cabinet space to hold our food and snacks. We grilled each night. Josh and Angela were responsive when we asked questions and very conscientious. Having the private association beachfront accessible was truly wonderful. Never crowded. There were nice games available and toys for the Littles. I love that the kids not only got the Lake Michigan experience, but also wooded surrounds and campfire experience. Utilized the kayaks, sand toys and beach chairs. Visit Ludington with Littles- take them to the Sandcastle museum. Our 5 year olds spent all morning, then lunch break and returned for the afternoon with plenty to explore. They asked to go back the following day! As a former educator, I highly recommend supporting this museum!! Would definitely return!!

We had a wonderful stay at Cindy’s place! We enjoyed the outside deck and the fireplace. Also the lake side view was beautiful in the morning! Cindy was very responsive and prompt in helping us and answering questions.

This place was perfect for a week's stay. Very close to Big Rapids. In less than. 10 minutes you can be at any number of restaurants, or grocery stores. There is a gas station 1 minute away, and it's less than 10 minutes to US131 which is a straight shot to Grand Rapids, or further into Northern Michigan. The little community is quiet, and other than a couple neighbors leaving their dogs off leash, we had a great stay with our pups. It really felt like we were right at home. Arturo also keeps things well stocked. Plenty of TP, paper towel, soap/shampoo, trash bags etc. All you need to bring is food! Would 100% stay here again.

Beautifully renovated home! These hosts put alot of hard work and dedication into this house. Clean, cozy and comfortable with everything needed to really make it a home away from home. There is a spacious, fully fenced in backyard - PERFECT for our rescue pups that we travel with! Mary is very responsive, proactive and kind. There is a book that she put together with local recommendations of things to do & places to dine. Definitely one of the BEST Airbnbs that we have stayed at!

very cute place. has a lot of extra stuff including blankets, pillows, towels, cooking stuff, etc. You can also tell it’s a very safe location. A lot of the town people told us to come back during the summer so if your relying on doing stuff i would come after may!

Alicia is the best host ever. Always flexible if needed. I always feel right at home when I book with her. You need nothing other than your gear and clothes. Thank you for being such an amazing host for all the years I have been coming up there.

The wind turbines were pretty cool to see and listen to. Also at night time you can see the stars clearly, a great view to witness.
