This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.
