The property is conveniently located near Pantaloons and is 0.5 km (5 mins walk) away from Laitumkhrah which is one of the main hubs of Shillong. The room is spacious (16x14) with attached bath and a kitchen. It is well equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, geyser and other basic amenities. Parking is available within the compound. It contains a 43" Smart TV with broadband connection and basic kitchen items for you to prepare your own breakfast. Transport, ATMs cafes bars restaurants, shopping and other amenities are within easy reach. i Backroads provide for good walks from this place.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, just below our home, having its own entrance, a drawing/ dining room and kitchen. A smaller store room is also attached.
