You can request both rooms depending on your requirements. We live directly next door. Property is off the road so very quiet with 2 parking spaces. A short stroll down to Fergusson Park on the waters edge and only 5km from Tauranga City and 12km from Mount Maunganui Beach and Bayfair shopping Centre.
