I’m sure many of you will be in need of a break away so …. if you are seeking a quiet and private space for your visit to beautiful Mount Maunganui then the recently renovated Beachside Retreat offers just that and more. The studio is perfect for quiet couples, solo travellers and business people. Safe and secure, the studio is bathed in morning and late afternoon sun so is cosy and warm. Heat pump for your comfort whatever the season. Beautiful Mount beach is just across the road. Beach gear available on request. Perfectly positioned to walk into town or stop along the way at some top cafes and restaurants. Back to the studio and you transition from the large deck through sliding glass doors to an interior that's designed for total relaxation. Refresh in a sparkling white bathroom and soak in a designer bathtub before bedtime. Kitchenette for tea and coffee making, microwave and small bar fridge. No cooktop. For your arrival there is a selection of NZ tea’s, coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, milk and juice in the studio. On-site parking available for one car. Big screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and the usual free to air streaming. Fast high speed unlimited WIFI. A five minute walk to Central Parade shops, Fife Lane Restaurant, Tay Street Cafe and Store, Bay Oval and Blake Park. Also a handy five minute drive to Bayfair and Baypark. Enhanced cleaning and sanitising between guests as per Air BnB guidelines. Parking available on site. We (Shirley & Jim) live upstairs with our small dog Louie. We are around if you need a hand, would like some breakfast, dinner or tourist tips. Otherwise, we will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. The studio is on Marine Parade, directly opposite Mount Maunganui Beach. Blake Park, Bay Oval, and various shops and great cafes at Central Parade are about a 5-minute walk. It's a quick drive to the Mount, airport, Bayfair Shopping Centre and Trust Power Baypark. Just an hour drive will have you to Whakatane, Rotorua and Hobbiton. Check in and check out times may be adjusted to suit your travel arrangements on request. Luggage drop/storage also available on request.

River views from the cabin and many other areas, the property is spacious with large meandering lawns and gardens to explore. It is tucked away yet only minutes' drive into Bethlehem.

Carlton Cottage, built 2019, is a fantastic place where you can relax and unwind. Located next to our family home, it is surrounded by gardens, offers outlook and privacy. It features a bedroom with queen bed, luxurious semi-ensuite with tiled shower, living area with kitchen, smartTV, wi-fi, washing machine and a pool to cool off in summer! Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

Enjoy our attractive, quiet neighbourhood and easy access to Tauranga CBD 10 minutes walk away. Walking distance to Waikato University CBD Campus, restaurants, cafés, fast food, bakery, Pharmacy and Medical centre. Saturday Farmers Market and Bus routes at top of road. Suitable singles, couples and business. Hosts are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and require guests to be similarity vaccinated as a condition of any booking. The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
