With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

Sea views, close to town and ideal for ferries

Jandals on Otago street. Our spacious one bedroom apartment is ideally located a short walk (750m) to town and handy for the interislander ferries. Relax and enjoy the views of the Queen Charlotte Sound and Picton Marina from the sunny deck. Amble to town to visit the local galleries, restaurants and cafes. Soak up the sun at the local beaches. Enjoy access to the Queen Charlotte Sound via the many tourist operators at the town quay or simply enjoy the great walking and biking tracks nearby.

Tussock Vineyard Retreat

The Vineyard Retreat is a lovely private and peaceful space set within our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. This is a great place to take time out from busy life in a quiet rural setting. With separate guest access and use of a private courtyard garden, this airbnb offers the best of Marlborough's wine country only 10 mins from Renwick and 15 mins to the airport. Guests have a separate ensuite and use of kitchenette with laundry facilities. We look forward to welcoming you.

Home away from home

Our modern home is a 5minute drive to the city center and 5 minute walk to local amenities. You are Ideally situated to visit Omaka Air museum and local attractions. Continental breakfast is supplied for first 2 mornings.this includes cornflakes toast bread, and condiments, milk, orange juice and fruit. The unit is attached to our house so the two entrances are close to each other.there is an outside security camera we are offering a discount for bookings during the winter months.

Beach house suite - 2 bdrm - Absolute waterfront!

Absolute WATERFRONT! Our very unique, semi self-contained, downstairs guest suite is beachfront in the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. Unique location right on the waters edge in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.

The Baker's BnB with Bakers Breakfast Included

Relax in this very peaceful and private setting of this new Studio Apartment with the feeling of being in the Countryside. It is situated 6 km from Nelson CBD and close to bus service into town. There is one parking space available on our section, breakfast is included in your stay, with a vegan option on request. Tranquil location set amongst beautiful established gardens with a serene outlook to picturesque vineyards. Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

This is Karma Waters Picton, A travellers haven very peaceful and walking distance to everything Picton has to offer. Your own private entrance leads guests into the bed and breakfast . Bedding configuration main private bedroom with a queen bed, and the lounge area has a leather fold out couch. Guests can relax on the outdoor furniture, and enjoy your own private patio with views. Off street parking right beside your accommodation. No cleaning fee, and Breakfast is included.

The Nest 2 Studio Unit

We welcome all guests to our bright, spacious and warm room. An easily accessible property from the main roads with off street parking, we are a 25 minute walk from central Blenheim and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Pollard park gardens and a golf course. The room has an ensuite, smart TV, Wi-Fi, small kitchen suitable for reheating food with tea and coffee, a microwave, a toaster and a small fridge for your use. Breakfast of toast and cereals are in the room.

Absolute Waterfront Picton Waikawa Bay

Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - just tea and coffee included. The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the local sealife from the deck- resident rays seals fish and even the occasional dolphin. Great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Totally pet friendly. Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.
