Robbie was an excellent host! he even helped with changing out my headlight in my car, which means a lot because i got a ticket for it being out. the place was very comfortable, peaceful as well, had everything my children and i needed for our stay. we really enjoyed our stay, also check in is very flexible, Robbie accepted our short notice request stay with no problems and it was around 11pm when we arrived from traveling all day. i would definitely stay again if we pass by the area again.

What a peaceful beautiful place to stay on the Tennessee River. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. Clean and roomy and had everything we needed . Would highly recommend

My fiancé and I came to visit the area because we were attending a dance competition for his daughters. The area is very beautiful. Mr. Gary was very kind and responsive. The weekend we attended had severe weather that came out of nowhere. We were sight seeing and he alerted us on what was going to happen and how to prepare for safety. Thank you Mr. Gary for the incredible service and hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful one bedroom apartment for two nights. The apartment was incredibly spacious and provided ample storage, which made our stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the space was outstanding—quite possibly the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy the breathtaking view of the river, which made our time there truly special. While we had a fantastic experience overall, there were a couple of things we wanted to note for future guests. The apartment is located near a rather busy highway and we could hear traffic noise throughout the day and night. Additionally, because the property has adjoining apartments, we were a bit conscious of the sounds we made and the ones coming from neighboring units.

Great place to stay for a tournament on Chick! It’s a little tight with the boat but worth it. Mike and Hilde were very accommodating and super nice. Place was as expected and no complaints. Thanks y’all!

We had a great last minute getaway at The Little Green Cottage. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the backyard was fully fenced in for our two dogs. The neighborhood is adorable. We are already discussing our next visit!

My wife and I with our niece stayed here. Great place with plenty of space for us. Also close enough to go do things around Chattanooga. We would stay again if we are in the area. Nice and private with a nice view of the river.

Beautiful spot! Great views of the lake and raccoon mt. Place was clean and stocked with everything you need! Darin was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Be aware that it is a steep walk down to the water, but we found it to be well worth the effort.

Great spot right on the lake. The dock is right off the deck and it was great with our 4 year old. They had kayaks available, toys, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Host was super responsible and helpful. We had a great weekend!

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Elizabeth's place. It was even more beautiful than the photos - everything was immaculately clean, bright and airy. I loved the waterfront views and the big windows. Our stay was so peaceful - my only regret was that we didn't have more time! Elizabeth was a fantastic host - we can't wait to return!

I'm so glad I found this Airbnb- I think our Chattanooga stay would have been an entirely different experience elsewhere. We loved how walkable everything was from the condo- the art district is absolutely beautiful. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and smelled freshly cleaned when we arrived. Ashley's recommendations were fantastic- we loved Tony's and the aquarium in particular (both a relatively short walk). Ashley was a great communicator, responding to our messages quickly and even allowing us an early arrival. This listing was perfect for our needs and we would love to stay here again if we return to Chattanooga!

Location was amazing. Close to downtown Chattanooga and just far enough away where you can relax. Gary communication was fantastic

This spot felt sooo quiet and private for how close it was to everything! The area it’s in is perfect if you want to walk everywhere without staying in downtown. Also the Murphy bed was so comfy :) Would definitely stay here again!
