The Lundgren Tree Farm

Located on 40 beautiful wooded acres in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the Lundgren Tree Farm was founded by my grandfather Vic Lundgren in the early 1960s. Originally it was an 1880s homestead farm with a two bedroom log cabin and several out buildings. Over the years, my grandfather planted tens of thousands of trees on the property, painted hundreds of water colors and oil paintings documenting the natural flora and fauna, and converted a barn and other structures into additional bedrooms, an art studio, library and meditation room, and the Silver Dollar Pool Hall. As a lawyer, judge, artist and nature lover, Vic stocked the property with art, books, records and sculpture making the Lundgren Farm incredibly beautiful, inspiring and authentic. Just blocks from Lake Michigan, the Farm is a refuge for animals and artists alike, with trails, a fire pit, and rich solitude from city living. The log cabin farmhouse hosts two bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room and full bath. It is filled with art, books, antiques, and a functional record player, organ and cast iron fireplace. The barn is not your ordinary structure, as it holds five seperate rooms - two bedrooms, an art studio, Vic's office and the meditation room. The open common area is rustic and contains a small workshop. The "Chicken Coupe" is a one bedroom outbuilding located behind the farmhouse, with a full bath (and one of the more modern sleeping quarters). All of the bedrooms have nice linens, wool blankets, mosquito netting (sometimes necessary) and antique furnishings. The screened gazebo next to the pond, is a wonderful place to read, eat or just sit back and listen to the frogs, birds and other wildlife that frequent the property.

Relax and enjoy the peaceful outdoors in the cozy cabin tucked in on 3.7 acres. It is a perfect mix of north woods charm and the convenience of home! Located close to Newton Lakes and High Falls flowage boat launches, public ATV/snowmobile trails, state & county parks, and a golf course. The large deck provides a perfect spot to enjoy nature. There are plenty of bar/grills & supper clubs nearby for dining. Check out the Marinette County tourism website for everything the area has to offer.

2 bedrm family friendly cabin on dead end rd with a covered porch off the kitchen - great spot for morning coffee. Pack n Play with Bassinet feature, outlet plugs, drawer locks etc. Fully equip Kit. Towels, bed linens, Toiletries, Marshmallow sticks, pudgy pie, games, 60+ movies, campfire chairs, bug spray, sunscreen. We enjoy the cabin as a retreat from our normal busy life. Wi-Fi coming Mid July! State forest trail off back yard. There is air conditioning Between Memorial Day -Labor Day.

Located on a quiet (ATV-legal) town road, and nestled on a seven-acre wooded lot, wildlife abound. Welcome to Renee's Retreat! From the sound of rapids on the Oconto River within 150' of the cabin, to logs crackling on the camp fire next to the river, fishing for bass or trout, tubing or kayaking down the river (bring your own), watching wildlife, you will feel the fresh air in the Northwoods while staying here. Located on a wooded 2 acre lot with over 100' of river frontage, you will be able to unwind and enjoy nature while staying at my cozy 900 sq ft two bedroom log sided cabin.
