La villa è incantevole e dispone di tutte le comodità La discesa a mare è molto comoda e permette di raggiungere in pochi passi la spiaggia di Punta Braccetto. Spero di poter ritornare il prossimo anno!

Unsere Zeit bei Tiziana war super,. Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen, sehr ruhigen Gegend und der Zugang zum Strand ist sehr nahe. Der Strand ist nicht voll und sauber. Empfehlenswert!

wir hatten ein paar Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, aber kein Drama. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung und ist entsprechend ruhig. Für Restaurants und Supermarkt benötigt man das Auto. ein kleiner gratis Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und war schön und recht sauber und bietet viele Muscheln zu sammeln. kommen gerne wieder

We had the most amazing three days at Villa il Carubbo over Easter and we can’t wait to go back! Located higher up on the hill by the sea and surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees, the views from the patio as well the upstairs bedroom are simply breathtaking. The sound of the sea was very calming and the birds singing in the garden - the place was so lovely and quiet that we actually changed our plans and didn’t leave the house all weekend. The house is very tidy and clean, suitable also for a family. You do need a car, which we had rented anyway, and it’s best to do the grocery shopping before you get there. There’s a great big Lidl in Licata. I warmly recommend Angelo’s place (as well as the dinner cooked by his wife, absolutely delicious!) . In addition to a being a beautiful place and a cosy home, the host are wonderfully welcoming and helpful, such nice people. Grazie mille da tutto, spero che ci vediamo presto!

Giovanni e Alessia sono due host perfetti. cordiali e discreti. la casa era come da descrizione, comodissima alla spiaggia a poche centinaia di metri di distanza, ampia e ristrutturata da poco, con due ampi terrazzi.assolutamente consigliata, fornita dell'essenziale e con aria condizionata in tutte le stanze!

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

We booked this Airbnb for our honeymoon for two weeks. It was the perfect location. Right on the beach, so we could hear the ocean at night and within walking distance of dozens of restaurants. The hosts were kind and responsive and the locals we talked to were all very friendly. It was truly the dreamiest honeymoon in a beautiful town.🩷

Das Haus hat mit seiner Lage in den Dünen einen super Erholungswert, der kaum übertroffen werden kann. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus im türkisblauen Wasser schon im Frühjahr ungestört schwimmen gehen und danach die praktische Aussendusche mit Blick auf das Meer nutzen. Das minimalistisch, symmetrisch und klar strukturierte Haus ist innen und aussen komplett mit Travertinplatten verkleidet, was es edel und hochästhetisch erscheinen lässt. Ein einziger Genuss!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The location could not have been more perfect — just steps from the beach and a short walk to the charming little center full of lovely restaurants and cafes. The villa itself was spotless on arrival, and you could tell great care is taken to maintain it. Every room was beautifully furnished, and the breathtaking views of the ocean made every morning feel like a dream. The outdoor spaces were just as impressive, with a lovely terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each day while listening to the sound of the waves. Being so close to the beach and town made it easy to relax and truly make the most of our holiday. We can't recommend this villa highly enough — it was the perfect getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning!

This is a beautiful villa in a superb location. The bedrooms are beautiful and the veranda and garden is south facing so gets sunshine all day. The swimming pool is perfect and easy steps to get in. The town centre of Marina di Ragusa with numerous restaurants, the beach and two large supermarkets are all a few minutes walk away. Angelo is a very responsive host, replying to questions via the App within minutes and sorting out the few issues we had. Would highly recommend.

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

We had a really nice time in Pozzallo. The Airbnb was nice and clean, and the host was very friendly. The host was very friendly and always responsive and had some nice suggestions for restaurants and activities. Overall a really nice experience!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung wirklich genossen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und einladend, und der beheizte Pool war selbst im April ein tolles Highlight für die Kinder. Der nahegelegene Strand und die ruhige Umgebung boten eine angenehme Erholung. Da in der Gegend kaum öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vorhanden sind, ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Stunning villa, spacius inside and outside, huge porch with comfortable sofa and tv, private pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the shop. Perfect fit for 6 people, with lots of kitchen amenities and various glasses to enjoy wine or other sicilian spirits and delicacies.

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Carlotta. We came to Sicily as a three generational family and needed a space for all us - we hit the jackpot! It was open, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful, peaceful spot but walking distance to the beachfront. We lived walking down to the market every morning to get our fresh bread! Alessio was an absolutely wonderful host. He messaged the day before to check our arrival time and we were met at the end of the road. He gave us plenty of recommendations ( we did them all!) and was available by phone whenever we needed him. The house is simply gorgeous. Modern and clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool was a highlight! Our children (aged 2 and 4) loved it and used it every day, even in April! Alessio, we cannot thank you enough for the most incredible stay. We would recommend it to every one. The only negative was that we had to leave, we would have stayed longer if we could! Thank you 💜

This beach house is an absolute GEM! The location is unbeatable, maybe 1 or 2km from Marzamemi and about 1km from the nature preserve. The house is open and bright with lots of space and it has a huge patio with lots of seating. The best part is the beach access, and it is a very nice sandy beach. There is an outdoor shower with hot water so we didn’t even bother using the indoor shower! The outdoor grill was great for cooking up the local fish. Carmella is a wonderful host. You will love your time here!

A wonderful stay in Sicily with the host Mario. The place was exactly as described, very functionally furnished and clean, the garden and terrace were perfect for relaxation. Private parking space provided. There was everything you needed to spend a nice and pleasant holiday. Including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and an outdoor shower :) About 200m to the sandy and clean beach, often windy, so an ideal place for water sports (a few houses away there is a kate surfing school). Quiet and peaceful place, many farms in the area. A good starting point for visiting Syracuse and Catania. The only downside is the weak wi-fi radio internet, but this is not Mario's fault but the local operator's. If you plan to work remotely, you need to prepare a plan B and use mobile internet :). Apart from this small downside, our stay was great - many thanks Mario for your hospitality :) The place is definitely worth visiting again :)

La casa non solo corrispondeva alle foto ma è andata ben oltre le nostre aspettative. È la casa al mare che vorresti durante un soggiorno in quei posti che ti stregano come solo in Sicilia se ne trovano. Le cene in balcone con il mare che si tocca con un dito non valgono il prezzo che pagherete. Perché è letteralmente affacciata su di esso. La proprietaria che si chiama Rosemarie non è un host come gli altri. È stata sempre gentile, sempre sorridente e sempre premurosa. Ci ha aperto le porte della sua casa d’infanzia e ci ha permesso di trascorrere una settimana memorabile. Grazie Rosemarie, speriamo di tornare presto. Francesco, Federico e Sara

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Esther, logement propre et très fonctionnel. Le vrai plus de ce logement ? L accueil !! Esther et son frère Guiseppe sont des personnes extrêmement avenantes avec de bon conseils ! Et tout ça avec le sourire ! Allez y les yeux fermés ! Vous êtes a 30 min de Syracuse, 15 minutes de Noto ( qui est une ville a visité absolument lors d' un passage dans le sud ouest de l île). La vue mer depuis la terrasse est aussi un petit plus .

The house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. It had all the basics needed to cool. The beds were comfy, mosquito nets on windows and even mosquito plugs if one needs them. Parking right outside, a full shower outside which was very practical as the owners were so mice to allow us use it and the parking long after check out time, sow e could enjoy more swimming before leaving. Communication was clear oh also! The beach is 50m away, there was almost no one there this week, the water was super clean even if a little fresh because it is barely the start of the season. There is la Playa to have good fried fish mix small pizze and paninis, at might good pizza and bit of some basics, town near by at 5 km for a bigger supermarket. Beautiful cave beach area to visit 2/3 km away. What can I say, perfect get away for someone who does not like crowded busy places and wants to hear the sea and enjoy the area.

I due appartamenti si trovano in una splendida villa privata con ampio spazio esterno, cancello privato, spazio per giocare per chi ha bambini, docce esterne, barbecue. Sono comunicanti esternamente, adatti a due famiglie che si conoscono quindi per noi è stato perfetto. Ognuno ha la propria privacy, ma si può condividere una cena insieme dalle terrazze esterne. Gli appartamenti sono super attrezzati, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e anche di più. Cucina super attrezzata. C'è una lavanderia esterna con una lavatrice da condividere. Il mare è a pochissimi passi dalla villetta. La spiaggia completamente vuota nel nostro periodo, mare pulito però è un peccato soffermarsi a questa spiaggia perchè a 10/15 minuti di strada in auto si raggiungono spiagge e città stupende. E' una zona moolto tranquilla, intorno non c'è nulla quindi è necessaria un'auto per spostarsi. Non la consiglio per chi ama il caos,movida,locali e ristoranti a due passi. Complimenti a Carlo per la cura della villa.

Wir waren mit unserem 6-Monate alten Sohn dort. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Garten gepflegt und super schön. Wir haben fast die komplette Zeit draußen verbracht. Drinnen ist das Ferienhaus eher funktionell, aber alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Einzig das Geschirr war wohl in der Spülmaschine vorher nicht 100% sauber geworden. Wir wurden von Domenico sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten bereits deutlich früher als beschrieben einchecken. Er hat uns ausführlich Tipps für Unternehmungen, den lokalen Restaurants und Spezialitäten gegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, während des Aufenthalts war er immer gut erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an einem wirklich schönen Strand. Als wir über Ostern da waren, war hier auch noch nicht viel los. Der Ort ist nett, aber recht verschlafen. Es gibt einen super Bäcker und eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Se réveiller avec une vue magnifique sur l'Etna et prendre un apéro en assistant à une éruption volcanique sont les moments inoubliables que nous laissera notre séjour chez Arrigo !!! Wow. Appartement impeccable, tout équipé, et des attentions très agréable à notre arrivée (du vin, de quoi déjeuner...). Accueil parfait, très amical. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation 'Shocking blue' : )
