An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Our space is a beautifully restored historic ballroom that inhabits the entire third floor of this 1800's downtown building. It's a rare find that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. You will now find 3 separate bedrooms, all with queen beds. One of the bedrooms is a loft style room that overlooks the ballroom, which is now open concept kitchen, dining and living area. You will find one full bathroom and another half bathroom. There are also two separate work spaces in the apartment.

It just 3 mins walks to the Lookout Point where you can see the whole city of Marietta, 5mins drive to downtown Marietta, 10 mins drive to Walmart. Early Check-in and late Check-out can be arranged based on the last and coming guest. The house has no kids between 2 to 12 years old rule, due to safety concern, the house is located beside a curved uphill road.
