A fabulous stay of five days - made even better by a spell of great weather and wall to wall sunshine. Beautiful and varied beaches all nearby, from Waipu through to Te Arai. Accommodation layout perfect for family, children and grandparents allowing a bit of separation. Peaceful & private location. Well equipped. Lovely high ceiling living space with excellent indoor/outdoor area. Minor access issue caused by 3 year old swiftly fixed by Sarah with the minimum of fuss, for which we were very grateful.

Such a great house and in a great location! We loved everything about it. It was spacious, clean, and close to the beach. It was a perfect place to stay when in the Snells Beach area. Would have loved to stay longer if we could.

This is a fantastic place for the family to spend the holiday. It is immaculate and big, which suits a family's special occasion. We love the place, especially our kids, who enjoyed the swimming and spa pools. Not only that, but it is so close to the beach for swimming and surfing. There is a local park and soccer field that we usually walk to play or exercise. Lisa is a friendly host who responds promptly if we need help. This is one of the best holiday homes available in the area, and we would love to return there. It is very secure and private for us visitors. We extended our visit for another day as we all enjoyed and loved the place and the area. There were 10 of us altogether, and it was worth the money we paid, and I highly recommend this place. This is really a haven place for family. Ms Jessica was really a great and helpful host. The family really enjoyed our stay. Our dad, brother and cousins had a great time because the place was very near to their fishing spot. Dairy were just the corner walking distance which was really convenient. Overall this place is really homey, peaceful and stress free. Indeed you can say its a HOME. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and approving our reservation plus allowing extra person which is our nephew. 🙏🏻

We have three young children and there was so much for them to do here. Plenty of toys, games, drawing supplies, dvds, a big t.v. and a playground outside to keep them entertained. Just what we needed. I highly recommend this home if you have young children. Very relaxing place to stay! Playground just down the road.

Beautiful spot in Mangawhai, views from the kitchen and lounge areas are amazing. The home was spotless and is the perfect venue for exploring everything that Mangawhai has to offer. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend.

Nice balcony! Love those sand bags for sun bath. Tidy and nice interior. Good location, Highly recommended l. But it seems missing “ No.4 “ on a drive way.

Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrew and Michaela’s place! Superb hosts with great communication, instructions and recommendations. The Airbnb was absolutely spotless and was very comfortable and near to shops/cafes for our two week stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend!

All five stars fully deserved - most lovely place full of day light near to the Milford beach, fabulous view to the marina and the sea behind it, a short walk to Milford shops, a bus stop just a stone throw away - everything we had expected and much more. Stayed a good while and are looking forward to being back in the future. Our all time favorite!

Had a lovely stay here and the views are amazing as you have the choice of making dinner on the barbecue, and enjoy the restful and peaceful surroundings and el fresco dining:-) Easy to stroll down and walk along the beach also.

We loved our stay at Gay’s pool suite. The decorations were so charming, the gardens lush, the pool so fun right outside. And Gay made a bunch of garden games available to our kids which was awesome. Everything we needed was there. It was a lovely stay.

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

Linda is a very responsive and helpful host and the place is very comfortable and well-equipped. Lots of little extras made us feel right at home.

Fabulous hosts, lovely accommodation. We stayed for three nights, and all loved it including our puppy. If we didn't have to be back home for things, we would've extended our stay by a couple more nights. I'm sure we will be back again though. Thanks for the lovely stay

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!
