Enjoy a peaceful multi-cabin mountain retreat with city views, nature, and starlit nights. Our owner lives on-site and is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. This is a private craftsman home that shares the pool and driveway with other private guest cabins under the same management on 21 acres.

This 366 sq. ft. abode is anything but normal. Small & tastefully designed to meet all of your traveling needs. Comfy and cozy with dishwasher/refrigerator/gas range/ queen bed/bathtub/shower/satellite tv/wifi/patio/ 9 blocks from downtown. Please note: There is a washer & dryer available for use only between the hours of 11:00 am & 8:00pm. The washer/dryer are located on a shared wall with other guests so the hours of use are strict as to not bother other guests who may be sleeping.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
