The Orchard Apartment

The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

You have access to a courtyard garden shared with our other 3 rooms and total freedom to explore the meadows and woodlands across the estate

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Just step out the back gate and walk to Madingley Hall in minutes. It is also just across the road from the award-winning 3 Horseshoes' Country Pub!

Located in the centre of the popular village of Comberton, 6 miles from the historic city of Cambridge, The Nook provides stylish, self-contained, purpose-built and spacious guest accommodation, as part of our family home. Superbly situated for exploring Cambridge, Ely, and East Anglia, or daytrips to London. The Nook is a pet-free space, so suitable for those with allergies. Large co-op grocery shop, pay & play gym (both 7 minute walk), cafe and pub (both 3 minute walk).

The ground floor features a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, plus a stylish wet room and utility room. A twin bedroom with two single beds is located downstairs, while the lounge’s sofa bed can sleep 2 children. A slim spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a king-size bedroom overlooks the living space.

The Bull Pen is 8 miles west of Cambridge, in the Cambridgeshire village of Bourn. It is a comfortable and peaceful place with open space indoors and outside for friends and families to enjoy. All the rooms look across traditional pasture with arable fields beyond. It is ideal for a holiday combining 'time in' the city and 'time-out' of the city! Traveling into Cambridge is easy; there is a Park&Ride bus station just 10 minutes drive away.
