Perfect Stay in Palm Springs! Highly Recommend! We had the most amazing time staying at Andrew’s place while celebrating my 30th and had a girls trip! From the moment we arrived, Andrew was incredibly sweet and welcoming. It was not only cute but also perfectly located, just a short distance from downtown Palm Springs. The location couldn't have been better if you’re looking for something close to all the action but still in a peaceful, nice environment. Andrew was so accommodating and always responded right away whenever we had any questions. It truly made our stay even more special knowing we had such a great host. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. I would love to come back again soon!

This place definitely served its purpose - to give our kids a fun, unique, relaxing, and private place to swim over spring break. The house had pretty much all we needed and whatever we forgot could easily be bought at one of the many nearby retail stores (Target, Vons, etc.). I liked that there were so many choices for food right outside the neighborhood but also convenient proximity to the freeway if we needed to go out of the area. The place definitely has a cozy and family friendly vibe. We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic stay with my wife and our two friends. The place looked very clean and very tidy when we came in, and beautiful welcome with snacks! We liked how clean, airy and cozy the place felt. Prior to our arrival, we have received very detailed instructions from the hosts about how to come inside the property. The kitchen is very nice and lots of natural sunlight all throughout the space. My wife and I particularly liked the pillows in the beds, as we are very critical usually with these. One of the most comfortable beds and pillow. The kitchen had everything to feel cozy and at home, all amenities and tools for cooking were great. The outside had a grill, a nice table outside for outdoor breakfast or dinner under the stars of Palm Springs. The living room was very spacious, tv was great, very comfortable. We would stay again the next time we are in town! Thank you for your hospitality.

Good size home with 4 bedrooms, large kitchen and multiple communal areas. Comfortable for all in our group. We cooked, enjoyed the sunshine and would stay here again.

The house is beautiful, we were a big group that visited Palm Springs to attend Coachella. Ideal for it, very close to the shuttle, clean and spacious for a big group. Hosts are very hospitable, prompt on text and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Absolut traumhaft. Der Whirlpool war unser Highlight. Aber auch sonst hat uns das Haus sehr sehr gut gefallen. Perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.

We had a great time here! The house is beautiful and can fit so many people very comfortably. We enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and in the backyard when we were back from our day’s activities. There are a couple things people may want to know before booking - it’s a quiet neighborhood, so you’ll need to be quiet or indoors after 9pm. This wasn’t an issue for us, but if your group wants to be outside late into the evening, this would not be the place for you. Also, Kimberly charges by the number of people, not just a flat rate. That’s not something I’ve ever seen before, but she’s up front about everything, so as long as you know and are okay with that, it’s a great place to stay. We overall had a wonderful time. And I’d recommend staying there.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Anna and her team's houses before, and it's always a fantastic experience! The home was stunning, spotless, and matched the pictures perfectly. Anna and her team are incredibly kind and responsive, making it easy to get in touch with them. I highly recommend staying here - the pool was an absolute highlight! If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay, look no further.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Palm Springs home! The house was spotless, stylish, and incredibly peaceful—just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the outdoor space was perfect for soaking up the sun. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and stylish retreat.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, well stocked, great master shower, updated bathrooms, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is beautiful, pool and spa were lovely and we really enjoyed the views of the mountains in the daytime and stars at night. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions. The only con I would mention is that the house is near the airport. Our first night there were quite a few planes coming in to land at PSP, flying low and right over the house. Jerry mentioned this is pretty unusual, and the rest of the stay planes were noticeable but did not fly directly overhead. Would definitely still recommend, and would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Claudia’s. Really beautiful home, spacious rooms, fully functional kitchen, and an amazing backyard. It was big and comfortable enough for our group of 5 adults and 3 children. The casita was perfect for my mom who joined us as she was able to have her own private apartment while still being attached to the house. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a party of 10 that stayed here just this past weekend and we will absolutely be back! :-) This place was awesome, full of comforts and fun amenities, very easy to find and a very responsive host. Also, the beds are comfortable and house has a very private feel. The house fit all of us very well. We had a great time and this fit our needs wonderfully.

Host was easy to work with. House was stocked with all the necessary amenities. The game room and Pickle ball /volley ball court was a plus. Backyard was non intusive.

This house was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 teenagers. It was pristine inside and out. We loved the hot tub. We all loved the game room as well! Should we find ourselves traveling to that area again, we will hopefully be able to book this house.

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

I’ve stayed in apple valley many times since I go to the race track there. This was my favorite location and it had a lot of space! There were 10 of us and we all had more than enough privacy at this location. Esther was extremely helpful and very responsive to my messages. I would definitely book with Esther again the next time I do a race event out there.

Nick was very receptive to any requests and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. This is a great place to stay, especially if you’re planning to go to Disneyland!

Our stay was amazing. We did a family trip to Palm springs and this house was absolutely perfect and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The house was in a great location, close to everything. The place was very clean and the pool area was huge with plenty of space to enjoy the sun. The hosts were great at communicating, with clear instructions and fast response times. I would 10/10 recommend this place to stay if visiting Palm Springs. We will be back
