Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very at home. James had milk and butter there for me when I came. So I had the basics. It was clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was nicer than I expected and the price was great. James was very responsive when i contacted him. I would stay with James again. The neighborhood is unique. I love the green goat and RND.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Bryan’s place was perfect for a overnight stay for my family as we moved my daughter out of Liberty after her freshman year. We will be back!

This was our second stay at Rebecca's place. We bought property in the area, and come here to work on the land. We bring a lot of supplies with us. The driveway is right next to the door, making it easy to bring everything in. There is a nice porch area with two chairs, and lots of lighting outside as it can be quite dark at night. However, if you love to stargaze, this is a very good place for that. Becky is the best host! She showed us around when we arrived, and spoiled us with so many treats. There are candy and snack dishes, which magically stay full, as does the drawer with coffee supplies. The best part of this trip was her homemade breakfast bread with sliced apples in it and a pecan/sugar crumble on top. It was delicious. I also enjoyed the melon and grapes she left for us. Being a basement apartment made us wonder about possible noise from above. No worries! It is a very nice place to stay!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The surroundings were gorgeous, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and there were fresh-made cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The hosts proactively gave clear instructions for where to park and how to get inside, and recommended their favorite local restaurant. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped, and they even provided a clean, well-maintained gas grill. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to the area!

Unfortunately, we only got to stay here for one night, The Crow's Nest was a welcomed haven after a long drive. Bobby's clear instructions on where to park and the key code for entry made it easy for us. The place is exactly as described and it felt very welcoming. We greatly appreciated how clean and comfortable the place is and the wonderful welcoming touches, such as the soap, teas and snacks -- and even the filtered water ready in the fridge after a long drive. The place was convenient for us as we moved our daughter out of her dorm in Randolph College. After an evening of packing, we bought ice cream at Rookies (yay that they offer one vegan flavor and it was delicious) and we enjoyed it on The Crow's Nest 's desk for a lovely evening watching the sunset. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the night peaceful, allowing us to feel rested in the morning to finish moving our daughter out and ready for a return drive home. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will want to return again!

My daughter and I stayed at Cathy's place while visiting UVA. It was even more lovely than the photos. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The bed was heavenly and my daughter slept well on the sofa bed. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We both had work to do during our visit and we each had a separate workspace. It was convenient to UVA, restaurants, and shopping. It was so peaceful and quiet... I wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a very comfortable, clean, and beautiful place. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. I especially loved the second floor, on nice days, I really enjoyed the sunlight there. The large windows offer a great view of the outdoors. The hosts are very friendly and provided detailed instructions for everything along with restaurant recommendations. They were very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made everything so easy. Their warmth and kindness created such a welcoming atmosphere, and they paid attention to every little detail to ensure a comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my time here. I would have loved to extend my stay, but unfortunately, the place was already booked for the following days. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

Ronald’s place was perfect for us! We came to the area for a dog trial and the farm setting was great for our dogs. It was soo comfortable of a place to stay, from the comfy couch to the fireplace (thermostat-controlled). It was extremely quiet and convenient for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great cozy spot in Lovingston! Ed was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Despite all the rain we were able to have a lovely weekend getaway. Wineries and restaurant options close by.

The place was really special. The view from the balcony was picturesque. I was just sorry I had to work and couldn't spend more time taking in the views. Michelle did a great job communicating with me. Everything was exactly as proposed. The place had everything I needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. We absolutely loved our stay at Cambell’s Crest! The apartment is much bigger than I realized, plenty of room to spread out and get settled for your stay. The washer and dryer were a helpful addition and we absolutely enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was just right and we enjoyed cooking several meals there. Quiet hours were quiet with no interruptions. Quiet neighborhood too. If the sound of little feet pitter pattering on the floor isn’t your thing you might choose another place, but we absolutely loved hearing those little feet that reminded us of our children when they were little. Plenty of parking too. Looking forward to staying here again!

Lenora's place was just as described and looked like the pictures. The location was a little confusing because the address in AirBnB was for the middle building and the apartment was actually in the end building. I did have instructions from Lenora that told the correct building so we figured it out. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, we had trouble finding the indoor pool. We wandered around and then asked someone. There is an outdoor pool that you can walk to, which was closed since it was off season when we visited. The indoor pool and gym are in another section of the resort that you need to drive to. It would have been nice to have a printed map in the room that showed that. Lenora messaged information ahead of our visit, which was helpful. But I had messaged her in the airbnb app asking about the pool location and also about checkout, but I never got a response. We only stayed one day, so we just figured it out. Small, but worked for us. We loved the location. Would stay again.

We love Peggy’s place. The view is wonderful, and everything well apportioned. This is our second stay and would gladly visit again.
