Great property in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for our young family, with so much to do. Hosts took great care to make us feel welcome. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We loved our stay at Miranda’s place! It was clean, the views were stunning & she was extremely responsive and helpful. Thankful for this wonderful spot for some time with family!

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

A beautifully kept cottage with plenty to do within walking distance, friendly locals, and an unlimited amount of nature to explore. Ceri and Daniel are great hosts, and clearly care about their guests! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, would highly recommend.

My friends and I had a great weekend stay at Vine Cottage. Communication with Gill and George was great and the one issue we had regarding the heating was sorted straight away. Vine Cottage is just as described and was lovely and clean on arrival and perfect for four friends to spend a weekend together.

A perfect place for a few days' relaxing, break in an idyllic setting. Amongst the places I've stayed for holidays & short breaks it was one of the best with many thoughtful touches, such as tissues in every room & welcoming bread, eggs & cider from their cider business. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We had a delightful peaceful stay at the Old Tractor Shed. The place was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfy and the bath in particular was lovely. We enjoyed the local farm shop and livestock in the surrounding fields! A great little getaway in the countryside.

We spent a wonderful few days at the barn. It was well equipped, peaceful, warm and cosy. Anna was a great hostess getting that perfect mix between being helpful alongside giving us privacy. The barn is in a great location with superb local walks. I would highly recommend it.

Having booked holiday accommodation around the world for decades, we can honestly report that Fish Cottage rates amongst the very best. Blissfully peaceful, extremely well equipped, stacked with books and, served with good broadband, set in a fabulously planted garden and - glory of glories - no TV. Who could conceivably wish for more?

We had a lovely Easter Weekend, with the house ticking all the boxes! It is fully equipped with everything you need and the best distance we’ve ever had to the local pub!! It was about a 25 minute drive to Lyme Regis and a great location for exploring the area! Alison’s communication was extremely quick throughout our stay and the check in was really clear and simple. Would definitely recommend a stay here ☺️

We loved this cottage. It was close to the centre but it’s position made it feel tucked away from the main village. We loved the views and the feeling of spaciousness that looking down across the village gave us. We loved the cosy living room and the log burning effect gas fire was very realistic. The larder was very convenient for extra storage as we cooked every evening we stayed. We hope to come and stay again.

Kristina’s cottage is fantastic! Great location in Kilmington, we used it as a base for Lyme Regis/Charmouth, Hive Beach and for seeing family over in central Devon. Very clean and charming cottage that was surprisingly spacious. Everything we needed was provided, we hugely appreciated the little touches like a pint of milk to get us going and delicious scones with jam and cream, these were very thoughtful. These would elevate Kristina’s stay from 5 stars to 6 stars if we could 😊 We definitely recommend Khushi Kitchen (just round the corner from the cottage), we thought this was absolutely brilliant and tasted amazing too. We will be back very soon to stay here again, and will definitely be recommending it on to friends and family. Thank you so much Kristina 😊

Lovely, comfy home, in a fabulous location in mid-Devon, which gave us a great base to visit friends & family in the surrounding area. would highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean hideaway. So peaceful yet minutes walk from the centre of Dawlish. Completely safe walled garden for the dogs. Train station 5min away, great coastal scenery in all directions. Nice walk to Dawlish Warren and plenty of places to eat and drink. 3 generations and suited us all. Would highly recommend.

Cosy cottage. Walking distance to the beach. Lovely welcome pack with even a treat for the fur baby. This was our 3rd visit and we’ll be back!

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

Really lovely place to stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Well setup in cabin and good selection of dvds for wet weather. 4G was fine for us.

We loved our stay! Beautiful cottage that was superbly clean, lovely location with plenty to do nearby (within 20mins or so drive, plus greatwalks and pubs on the doorstep). We bumped into the hosts a couple of times and they were really friendly. Normally as a family we like to stay in diffeent properties when we head away but we are already exploring dates to return here in the Summer.

A really cosy and comfortable cottage in a beautiful location in east Devon. Was very simple to get to Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, and there was also lovely areas to walk arouns right by the cottage. Cottage nicely spacious and had everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten’s place. It is a very nice lodge/cottage with plenty of space for four, although there was only the two of us. It’s conveniently located to explore north Devon. We really enjoyed cycling the Tarka Trail which is traffic free. Kirsten was very responsive and provided all the information required for our stay.

Fantastic stay in Brixham. The cottage was lovely. Very clean and had everything we needed. The host Veronica went out of her way to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend a stay here. Thanks again. Steve

We can’t fault our stay at Jasmine Cottage - it was everything we could have hoped for & more! It was the perfect stay for our little family & we have already said we can’t wait to come again. The location was ideal, close by to many South Devon tourist spots, & it was great to get away from the hustle & bustle on a night in this cosy cottage. We honestly loved every second of it so thank you Tina for a fabulous holiday!
