Located between the Quantock Hills (AONB), Exmoor and the dramatic West Somerset coastline, this quirky property offers a unique base from which to relax or explore. The property offers comfortable, open-plan living upstairs benefitting from a sun-trap, south-facing balcony garden, complete with 6-person hot tub. Well-behaved dogs allowed, please book them in.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes.
