Frankies treehouse hut is right next to Scorching Bay - one of Wellingtons best beaches. A perfect escape for nature lovers who want to get back to basics and enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors. PLEASE NOTE: There is no wifi or bathroom in the hut and the communal /shared shower and toilet is a 1 min walk away down the path. NOTE - NO SELF CHECKIN !

Literally 2 minutes to the airport this private and cute little cottage is a tiny home nestled in native bush with greatviews over Miramar, the sea and airport. Great for plane spotting. There is a small deck where you can relax and unwind. Wake up in the morning to bird song and tuis overhead. There is a private garden to enjoy and walking and cycle ways close by. (Pase note there is a fairly steep driveway to the carpark area. Easy to drive up, not suitable to walk with a lot of luggage. )

Harbour side walks and tremendous views a short walk away, Massey memorial walk ten min drive. Easy access to the splendid walks on Eastern peninsular.

We are located in Karaka Bays on the Eastern suburbs of Wellington. We are a 7 minute drive from Wellington Airport, 20 minutes from Wellington central and 10 minutes from local beaches by foot. We have an abundance of restaurants and eateries near by, and most notable attractions such as the Roxy Cinema and Weta Cave etc. There is a private entrance to our studio, but this does entail a path and a few steps. Hello! We have a guesthouse that is a 5 minute drive from airport in a serene and quiet back section. The space is equipped with a kitchenette, and adjoining bathroom. You will have your own private access, and are welcome to enjoy the garden. We live up a long driveway so parking is no problem. Coffee, tea and cereal all provided. We have a dog who lives on the property named Ralph, he is a golden retriever x poodle, please bear this in mind when booking your stay. Close to great cafes

Lyall Bay Studio

This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

Perched on Melrose hill, this self-contained unit is in a great location in between Wellington Airport and the city, and provides fantastic views overlooking Lyall Bay, and the Airport. Please note we (owners of the property) live on the top floor, above this unit. The unit is up 35 steps from the street, with no accessible access.

Warm studio apartment in Eastern Wellington. Close to Wellington airport, Lyall Bay beach, Kilbirnie and Akau Tangi/ASB sports centre. The apartment is a self contained unit on the ground floor of a two story house. We live in the top floor with our three year old and newborn daughters so please expect to hear children. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.
