Really nice Airbnb, clean inside and out, with security. Host is very responsive and considerate as our check in was quite late. Nicely decorated, would definitely visit again. Things to note: location - you will need a car to get around which we did have but may be difficult if you don’t. property - the property is one of six in the same yard but is spacious for privacy. electricity - the property has a generator / solar panels and a gas stove which was useful when load shedding occurred.

I had a wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was conveniently located a short walk away from a mall with supermarket. Apartment was clean and had a nice outdoor patio. Daily housekeeping and laundry twice per week was a great feature. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is indeed a hidden gem. I was upgraded from a studio to a one bedroomed spacious apartment for the same price. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and secure place with outstanding service. I will come back here again.

I had the pleasure of staying long-term at Abigail’s Airbnb, and I can confidently say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was at home. Abigail and her family welcomed me with open arms, and by the time I left, they had truly become my extended family. The property itself is nothing short of perfect. The space is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I always felt safe and secure during my stay, which is so important, especially when staying long-term. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, allowing for peaceful rest and relaxation. Despite the tranquil setting, it's conveniently close to everything you might need in Lusaka—whether it's shopping, dining, or exploring local attractions. I will always choose to stay here whenever I'm in Lusaka, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and truly special place to stay. if you use Google maps easy to find. you need private transport or Bolt to get somewhere. but that's just looking do find anything negative. ;-) .. overall more than happy. everything and more was there in kitchen and bathroom. we will be back!

I had a very good stay at Bernadette’s place. The home was just as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The location is lovely, with plenty of nice places to eat nearby and several farm shops where you can pick up fresh produce, which was a great convenience. One of the key benefits was the solar panel setup. Despite the current power challenges in Zambia, there were no issues with electricity during my stay, which was a big plus. Bernadette and her siblings were very responsive to all our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. It made the experience much more comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place with easy access to amenities.

we have a great time away in Emily's home from home. Even through plumbing, power and water issues (through no fault of Emilys) we still had a comfortable stay. The pool was a highlight and we loved spending time on the porch.

The apartment was spotless and a perfect serene spot. Mwila and Esther were helpful. Esther went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Amenities were top notch and we were impressed by the details. Despite the load shedding, Mwila found a way for us to have power... Would definitely visit again and I loved the pets, Kai and Kia... They welcomed us everytime we stepped in...🫣

This was my second time staying at Nasia's - it affords me a nice, quite and private place to relax and work remotely. The internet connectivity and speed is great, and there's Garden City a short drive from the property should one wish to have a coffee break or grab a quick lunch. Clean and well kept property with functional electrical appliances - which makes life so much easier. Nasia's is my now home-away-from-home as not only is the property a great place to stay in, the host is invested in one having a great experience. I would highly recommend Nasia's.

These are stunning condos. And the location is an absolute gem and also impeccably clean and spotless, it offers a serene and tranquil environment perfect for a peaceful getaway. While the area is not particularly accessible for those relying on walking or easily finding taxis, the establishment conveniently provides its own transport service. The location offers complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off. Chintu, the host, was exceptionally accommodating and highly responsive. Her thoughtful gestures, such as allowing a late check-out at a prorated rate, truly made my stay more comfortable and stress-free. This place is a wonderful escape, combining beauty with thoughtful service.

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.

Chintu’s place was spacious and well-appointed with thoughtful touches. We were two adults and a teen but the BnB can easily hold six guests. The firm and comfortable mattress, bathroom for each bedroom and guests half BA plus private outdoor brai section and lastly fully equipped kitchen, were high points. Our family added a night and it was easy to stay longer with five star comforts and strong WiFi. Location is outside of Lusaka (5 mins) so driving was a must and we got used to spending the day out. Gracimanor Hynlands Estate is roughly a 25-minute drive from Great East Park and Manda Hill shopping centers. Garden City Mall is the closest (7 mins) with a cute cafe Brews Coffee worth a stop and the many bars nearby in the cuts.

Diana is running a lovely spot and I recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in lusaka to consider her apartment. from clean rooms to beautiful furniture it was all great, one cannot overlook the beabeautiful and secure environment that Kingsland as a whole provides.
