It’s just a couple of miles from downtown Denver and close to LoHi, Highlands, Berkeley and Jefferson Park. Our home is situated on a quiet residential street in a walk able neighborhood just steps away from a beautiful lake and park (with a 3-mi loop to walk or run), coffee shops, restaurants, a movie theater, O'Dells brewery and Little Man ice cream. Walking distance to Empower Field and Meow Wolf. Just a couple of miles west of downtown Denver, we are adjacent to the following NW neighborhoods - LoHi, the Highlands, Berkeley, and Jefferson Park. Easy access to I-70 for mountain trips.

Two bedroom one bath clean, restored historic home in Lower Highland—LoHi—a family-friendly, safe, pleasant neighborhood. Great restaurants are within a quick and enjoyable walk. The Platte River jogging trail is just down the hill, and the central business district and Union station are a 1.5 mile easy walk through cute historic neighborhoods. We are glad to assist you in any way you need during your stay. We are especially happy to make recommendations in terms of what to do or where to eat.

The Highlands Hen House

Cozy private carriage house in shared yard behind 1893 historic home. Perfect for the business or solo traveler but can accommodate 2 with the plush queen sized bed. Conveniently located to downtown, Coors Field or the Mile High Stadium. Easy access to both I-25 and I-70. The casita is in the back corner of the Hosts yard and the yard is shared with the Host. Gardens, fire pit, gas grill, and hot tub all available to guests. Sadly no dogs allowed as we have bunnies and chickens living here.
