Welcome to our coastal basement. Actually, it is not a basement it is a ground floor unit. But some people keep calling it a basement so I am calling it one, too and then you can be surprised when it is really not one. 165 steps from the property to the beach trail where you can step down to the sand. This unit does not have a kitchen. This unit is weathered and well lived it but is comfortable, in a desirable oceanside neighborhood, very affordable, and usually 100% booked. Please read more!
