The Homeplace is in the rural countryside of Floyd, VA surrounded by a family farm with a winding creek nearby. You will enjoy beautiful views of pasture fields that may have cattle and sheep grazing and possibly see various wildlife. This home, built in the 1940’s and situated beside a paved road, has been lived in and gently loved. While experiencing the nostalgia of an old home you will also enjoy modern conveniences such as WIFI, central heat/air, and a fully stocked kitchen and bath.

Bring your own fishing equipment and tubes and let the fun begin. Take a hike or a leisurely walk. The night sky is great for stargazing or sitting on the porch listening to the tranquil sounds of the river. On cool nights snuggle by the fireplace, read a book, watch a little TV or play your favorite board games.
