Loutsa: aluguel por temporada em vila

Buchung und Kommunikation mit Thalia war stets angenehm. Check-In flexibel (wir kamen nach 21:00 an, zusätzliche Verspätung durch Sportereignis), Thalia hat auf uns gewartet und uns durchs Haus geführt. Es gab ein „Welcome Package“ bestehend aus Wasser, Saft und einer Flasche Weißwein - für Kaffeetrinker gab es eine Grundausstattung mit Nescafé-Kapseln. Tolle Geste, gerade wenn man wie wir später ankommt. Ausstattung der Villa ist wie beschrieben, eine Dinge sind jedoch nur für 2 Personen verfügbar (z.B. Weingläser). Küche könnte noch ein paar praktische Utensillien mehr vertragen (z.B. größeres Schneidebrett, Aufbewahrung „Tupperware“). Für 2 Personen machbar, wenn die Villa voll belegt wird, dann ist Flexibilität gefragt …. Villa absolut sauber, Pool und Villa werden regelmäßig während des Aufenthalts gereinigt - Zeitpunkt des Service hat Thalia jeweils angekündigt. Pool und Aussenbereich sind super, einen Gasgrill mit Grillbesteck gab´s auch.

I cannot speak highly enough of Villa Maura. Myself and my family, six of us in total had a fantastic stay here. Extremely comfortable, a perfect size to accommodate all of us, good sized bathrooms all with walk in showers. Good facilities throughout and wonderfully clean and tidy. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful and informative. We didn't have any issues or problems, but if we did I'm sure they would have been attended to promptly. The pool is a good size and in a great location to make the most of the view. The sun loungers are very comfortable which is always an added bonus. Even though the pictures look stunning, I promise that the view is even better in person - Trust me! Absolutely breath taking waking up to that each morning. A car is essential (although you can get taxis from Nydri if you look into it) but it's only a 10mins drive down to the town. We will most definitely be returning here 100% - Wonderful holiday at a wonderful villa.

We have just come back from our first time on Paxos. Villa Thea was perfect, great views out to see. Peaceful surroundings with lovely flowers and olive trees. The pool made the holiday. The walk to Loggos or Marmari beach (well worth a visit) was 20 minutes down a tarmac road. We didn’t attempt the walk back up to the villa due to the heat and how steep it was, so we found Christos taxi’s brilliant as they could seat 6 of us. Plus we were often carrying supplies for the villa. Lots of space for 6 of us. No WiFi but we found using our uk data was fine. Or you can buy a local SIM from a shop in Lakka There are cats on the island and a few hung around the villa. They didn’t bother us, just sunbathing in the garden. They were fed by a local lady. Would definitely stay in this villa again and thoroughly recommend to others. Paxos is a stunning island and not overcrowded for August, the local people were so kind and helpful

Perfect hosts, friendly staff. Daily cleaning and perfect amenities. 10/10 would recommend. And will definitely stay again!

Property and landlords are everything a renter would wish for. For the record, I live abroad, but I used to be a local and I know the area quite well. Katerina was very helpful well before we show up to the villa. Excellent communication, quick response in questions, full details provided, and she was very proactive in general. Her attitude and approach was very professional! We also had a baby with us and she prepared everything a baby needs! The property is exactly as expected by looking the pictures. It is located a few miles away from the sea, up the mountainside, with amazing view, amongst Olive trees. What you see and surrounds you is a true Greek countryside! The location is also as good as it gets if you want to travel around the entire island. The pool was great, there is always shade somewhere to hide from the hot sun, And it is very spacious. Overall, it is highly recommended!

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids,lots of space for us all and the bunk rooms fantastic for kids. Views from indoor space looking out towards beach and gardens is a little piece of paradise. As soon as you enter the property you can feel there's something special about it. The furnishings are very tasteful, but comfortable ,and colour scheme calming. We had plenty of space for our group with outside areas for the kids to let off steam as its right on the beach which is amazing, with outside dinning options.perfect for relaxing. We cooked in or found some local places to eat,had walks and just relaxed. Would love to enjoy the hospitality of this villa again at summer,as our time was not long enough and we hope to come back. We loved the house and the wonderful almost private beach. It’s perfect if you have kids or a dog due to that it is well fenced in and with good privacy. The interior of the house is super cosy and beautiful. Lefkada is a wonderful island with many nice beaches, one of them 2 minutes from the house. We especially valued the early morning swims overlooking the marvellous view of the mainland. Antonella and her place is fantastic and we can really recommend it.

Die Villa war super schön und Simone immer erreichbar. Die Villa ist zwar etwas versteckt, aber genau das hat uns einen wunderschönen Ausblick beschert auf die Stadt bzw. die Bucht in Nydri. Die Stadt ist in ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, wir haben uns auch ein paar Mal getraut den Weg zu Fuß zu gehen (ca. 1 Stunde vom Strand ans Haus). Der Pool und Patio zeigt Richtung Bäume und Ausblick, weshalb man sich sehr Privat fühlt und auch gerne viel Zeit draußen verbringt (wir haben oft und gerne draußen gegrillt, gegessen und auch gefrühstückt). Die Zimmer, die Bäder und auch die vorhandene Ausstattung war perfekt. Es waren auch Sonnenschirme da, Strandtücher, Einkaufstaschen und ein Volleyball da damit wir auch für außerhalb der Unterkunft gut gewappnet waren. Alles in allem hat uns die Unterkunft einen super Familien-Urlaub ermöglicht. Danke dafür!

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Bei der Anfahrt ist das letzte Stück Straße etwas holprig und man läuft auch vom Parkplatz einige Stufen hinab zum Quartier. Aber der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Bett morgens aufs Meer ist dafür einfach nur traumhaft; der Strand im Oktober fast menschenleer und dazu das kristallklare , türkis schimmernde Wasser. Da ist man auch gerne bereit, den Hang hinab und später wieder hinauf zu laufen. Das Haus mit der Kombination aus Naturstein und Holz wirkt sehr einladend ; der Platz in den Zimmern ist großzügig bemessen, das große Doppelbett super bequem. Da wir gerne selber kochen, hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Equipment in der Küche gewünscht oder vielleicht auch einen Außengrill. Wie wir erfahren haben, ist es in den Sommermonaten wohl nicht ganz so ruhig- jetzt war es sehr erholsam und auch ein spätes Auschecken ohne Aufpreis kein Problem.

Beautiful villa perched on a mountain side, heaps of bedrooms with doors and heaps of showers/toilets. The location is a bit difficult to get to however it’s worth it for the view. You definitely need a car to stay here, but Nadia and Marie provided clear instructions for our arrival, and there’s so many outdoor hangout spaces I really recommend this space for long term and big groups for relaxing. The internet on-site is a bit slow sometimes so recommend someone have unlimited internet plan to hotspot if needed, and the water pressure in showers isn’t very strong but otherwise there is air conditioning in every room and we had a great time :)

The villa is utterly fantastic. A beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. The home was well stocked with amenities, such as towels and loo roll. We loved our stay.

Vasilis was a very helpful host. Even when a problem occured, he was very active trying to solve it and his instructions were very clear. The location of the villa is very good and close to Kathisma beach.

We had a wonderful time at Lefkada with our two daughters. We were disappointed that the photos of the pool in the ad were not the photos of the villa we actually moved into. It was not a freestanding house, there’s a house built wall to wall to the villa. The view of the sea and sunset was obstructed by trees. There was a beautiful view from the kitchen and terrace though. We had some difficulties in the beginning because we couldn’t get the aircon to work and some other little things. The outside area wasn’t very clean. They sent cleaners and technicians sent over within half an hour to solve all our problems. Communication was really very good and very helpful. We were sad to leave. We can definately recommend the villa and Lefkada! Thank you!

Really clean, quiet, nice place. We have enjoyed a lot. Beautiful view from the patio/room/house, close to the city and other attractions. Well recommended.

This was our second visit to Amalia’s - obviously we loved it the first time and came back for more! Amalia contacted us before we arrived and organised a taxi from the port and we were met at the villa. Great location - easy walk to Gaios. We’ll be back for a third visit.

Suzana was the most helpful and friendly host! Went out of her way to help us and was always available. Would recommend highly!

Amazing peaceful private clean beautiful place! We can't wait to come back! We had the best time and Alexandra was always available in case we needed something! Excellent experience!

Die Unterkunft hat absolut fünf Sterne verdient! Die Villa ist wunderschön und war sehr sauber. Der riesige Vorplatz mit dem Pool und den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten sind unschlagbar! Besser geht es nicht. Die Aussicht ist absolut traumhaft und auch im Haus war es sehr gemütlich mit einer sehr guten, leisen Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber es hat auch drei tolle Tavernen in Laufnähe. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Mila und Niko. Sie waren immer sehr zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Sie besorgten sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen für unseren Sohn! Wir fühlten uns durch ihre Freundlichkeit sehr wohl. Einzig die vielen Insekten (Wespen, Bienen, Hornissen, Hummeln), welche an heissen Tagen gerne Poolwasser trinken und ständig auf Bodennähe herumfliegen, sind für Allergiker nicht zu unterschätzen. Ein gutes Auto ist zudem zwingend notwendig. An heissen Tagen ist der Weg an die Strände zu Fuss nicht machbar und auch sonst sehr lang und/oder steil

The villa is amazing. The drive to it is a bit of a dirt track at the moment but once you are at the villa the driveway is perfect, steep but easy. The villa itself is amazing. the views are probaly the best you will find! The cove you can walk down to is stunning and we snorkelled with loads of fish and fed them bread for hours, everything was paradise. Sivota is a lovely town, we highly recommend renting a boat and taking it to meganisi

Elena est une hôte exceptionnelle ! Ses conseils pour la location d'un bateau ou d'une voiture, pour les restaurants et supermarchés sur l'île et pour l'organisation de notre voyage sont excellents et très utiles. La communication est très facile avec Elena. Nous avons été accueillis dès notre arrivée au port par Spyros qui nous a accompagnés à la villa. La maison est parfaite pour 4 ou 5 personnes, la vue est magnifique. Le ménage durant le séjour a été fait plusieurs fois, ce qui est très appréciable. La villa est située dans une petite baie et le soir il y a 2 restaurants qui sont accessibles à 10 min de marche. Une petite crique peu fréquentée se situe à 4 min à pied et nous a permis de nous baigner tous les matins. Gaios est à 10 min de voiture. Merci encore à Elena pour son accueil.

What a great villa! Located in the hills near the small village of Katouna it’s a great location in Leftkada. 15mins from the main city and 15mins from the lively town of Nydri. There is a steep climb up to the villa and also the walk to the local village square but it’s worth the effort. The Villa is lovely and recently been finished therefore everything was new and great condition all fully equipped. The main house has 2 bedrooms with en-suites and aircon also an adjoining balcony which we used in mornings and evenings to take in the spectacular views. There is separate annex which our 2 elder sons shared and they loved it, their own separate space. The pool is adequate for jumping in and cooling off, great fun was had by all but it’s not a pool for swim laps. The only down side was that the villa is north facing and therefore you lose the sun late afternoon and we then used the balcony. The owners were truly fantastic, cleaned every few days and we can highly recommend.
