Lucky Find Cottage is just 10 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport, 20 minutes from the University of Tennessee, and within 40 minutes of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This 90-year-old cottage was saved from demolition and thoughtfully relocated behind our family home. The home’s original design, hardwood floors, and timeless charm were carefully preserved, now paired with modern comforts.

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).
