We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Stay with us for FIFA in our relaxing Ocean View apartment. Stroll the clean sandy beach across the street. It's a 35 min. drive or easy transit to FIFA Games. Our spacious 1920s 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment has a modern kitchen. It’s close to unique restaurants, boutiques & shops; a safe neighborhood; easy access to SoFi LA Stadium & LA attractions. Avoid city crowds & enjoy the beach across the street & beautiful sunset ocean views. This 2nd floor unit is family friendly, but NOT childproof.
